Personality: Is generally seclusionist, save that of international affairs of dire importance (such as those within this roleplay). Generally refuses help from others, yet is more than happy to provide help. Zealous for God and all that he views as morally right, yet doesn't impose such morals on others, except in cases of unnecessary violence (example: nation exterminating certain religious groups, or groups who lack a religion, without justifiable reasoning). Very humorous once the outer shell of militant indifference is cracked. Doesn't believe that one must stoop to an enemy's level in order to defeat them, yet for some reason has no qualms about using nuclear force if he is defending himself. He always seems to have money, but doesn't know quite what to do with it, so he generally buys what is necessary and saves the rest away.

Can give in or become a little frightened when threatened by more powerful countries, though there's not many of them around. He can be susceptible to bribes of a certain kind. Tries to avoid wars, unless waged to avenge a wrong, or to defend oneself.
Gear: Think of pretty much any Byzantine weapon- including their equivalent of incendiary grenades and flamethrowers (yes, really), since this empire is basically a fantasy take on Byzantium.
