There was a knock on the door of the room Lidev and Torii were in.

"I'll get that." She said. She opened the door a crack. "Hello?" She asked.

[The New Velociraptor Empire]

"One of the constructs that built my body. They have a NVE from another universe and he has 'gone primal', the native one is dead." He then held up a jar half full of the blue liquid. "This is Domain⁴, a single jar evolved into that jungle we just destroyed. It's safe as long as we keep it cold." he explained as they caught their breath.

"We should find a cooler or container quick, then. Did you feel the air outside? Tropical." She shook her head. "I'm a bit lost of 'NVE from another universe'. One thing comes to mind... if we hadn't been in Vegas, I probably wouldn't be talking to you right now." She pinched her eyes shut at the thought. "Let's go. Lead the way."

"Yeah, we got lucky. Now we need to see if the teleport is running. We have thirty minutes before this stuff reaches critical temperature." Fortu said and put on the backpack and reloaded his revolver. He led Monique down a hall littered with dead zombie minions.

A man stood there. He was wearing dark clothes, with a black unbuttoned parka with the hood up. His face was hidden behind dark googles and a ski mask, leaving none of his skin visible beneath the layers of clothing.

"I'm looking for a Ms..."

He quickly glanced at note in his hand before looking back at her.

"... Lidev. Are you her?"

"Yeah, we got lucky. Now we need to see if the teleport is running. We have thirty minutes before this stuff reaches critical temperature." Fortu said and put on the backpack and reloaded his revolver. He led Monique down a hall littered with dead zombie minions.

"Something tore through this place with a passion," Monique frowned. "Did you say teleporter?"

Meanwhile... Nessle and her companions worked with the security system, preparing for Fortu's arrival.

"Hey Kei, is it - Oh. Hi Lidev, Torii, guy I don't know."

Lidev narrowed her eyes. "Y-yes..." She said.

"There's no mech suit to save you now," she laughed and opened her cloak to reveal a supernatural form that would, despite it's being clothed, render him sufficiently aroused. "Close your eyes," she teased. "Your brain will swear I'm naked and on my knees before you, even though I'm not. And if you're not perky, I'm guessing we need to get your arteries checked." She folded the cloak closed. "It's a physical attack, really. It won't work when your mind is clad in steel."

Lidev looked to Torii. "Let's hurry and head back to my room. Stay close." She said.

"Yes? What do you wish to speak about?"

"Think fast, Torsiedellious!" I side-armed a bag of oranges at her. "Hope you like them, it'll give you something to focus on while I do one of my other tricks. That is, if you're up for it."

I held up a 15-kilo sapling in my other hand.

"I think I'll leg Lidev. Decide on that....I'm too sleepy anyway...."

Her frown returned when they reached the room. "Somehow I don't think this is good. If we can't get it to work, that jar... well, now what?"
