Personification Life - IC Part IV

[Giovenith]

Mon jammed the chords on her timing and soon enough, they were well into the song. With Giov working her magic on the piano, Mon kept up the bright lead part as Klanov brought it up with Lidev. The User used her snare drum at the specified times and together, the music flowed flawlessly.

As they were playing, tiny little wind-up Nutcrackers and Ballerinas came marching out from behind the curtains.

[Swith Witherward]

"... Why?... What's your business here?"

"Adventure," Swith replied.

[The New Velociraptor Empire]

Fortu blushed. "Bran, best of probability to you and Rylli." he said.

"Oh thanks you guys!" Bran said, Rylli and him turning it into a group hug with the other couple.

"Sorry we didn't give you anything, we've been busy." Fortu said.

Leaving the dance/concert/whatever, Bran and Rylli decided on a walk down the beach only to spot Swith and Naomi arguing over passage to board a ship.

"Hey you two!" Bran shouted, still in full dress uniform as they made their way over.

[Bone Fort]

"... Okay then... Let me get the captain, one moment please."

He disappeared from the railing.

[Swith Witherward]

"Hiya Bran, Rylli," Swith and Naomi say in unison.

"What's the occasion?" Swith fingered the lapel of his dress uniform.

"Hiya Bran, Rylli," Swith and Naomi say in unison.

"What's the occasion?" Swith fingered the lapel of his dress uniform.

The two said nothing, only smiling at eachother as Rylli held up the box Bran had given her. It was a Jewlery box . . .

"Sorry we didn't give you anything, we've been busy." Fortu said.

"Maybe we could give them a lobster as a wedding present?" Monique suggested.

Naomi was puzzled but Swith's eyes grew wide. "What? What? Did you?" she asked Bran. "You did, didn't you?! And did you say "yes" to it?" she asked Rylli.

[Dabfia]

Meanwhile in the jungle.
Dab and Tony started lighting fireworks and watching them fly up into the air and explode into a burst of colors.
"Best Christmas yet." Dab said lightning another firework and sending it flying
"Inde- AH DAMMIT DON'T LITE THAT ONE!" Tony yelled.
"Why?!"
"Because, i taped it to my back." Tony said.
"Well fuck i already lit it." Dab said.
"SON OF A BI-" Tony was then launched off into the air with the firework, he exploded with it, landing on the beach as a cartoon like pile of ash with eyeballs, he then puts himself back together.
"Son of a bitch."

Naomi was puzzled but Swith's eyes grew wide. "What? What? Did you?" she asked Bran. "You did, didn't you?! And did you say "yes" to it?" she asked Rylli.

The two simply nodded at their respective questions, tears still rolling down both of their faces.

Red and green lights were flashing all along the stage with the little dancers and immediately shut off at the striking of the last note. After that, the curtain was drawn again and Klanov, Mon, Lidev, the User, and Giov all stood at the center, and took a bow to the few people left enjoying the concert.

There was the click of many guns. All along the deck were sailors pointing guns at Bran. One spoke up.

"So... Communism..."

[The New Velociraptor Empire]

"Sorry we didn't give you anything, we've been busy." Fortu said.

"Maybe we could give them a lobster as a wedding present?" Monique suggested.

"Self-cooking lobster?" Fortu suggested. "You know, I thought NVE would have proposed to Gretta today. Maybe he's saving it for later, so he doesn't steal the spotlight." Fortu said.

And so it was that the song ended, and with it the concert and Christmas day. Next came the User's gift: A large ball of yarn that had the scent of Blood. And then on to Mon's gift, a wrapped box that lookd somewhat like a gun. Inside she would find a brand new rifle.

"We could make a lot of money if you invented that," Monique said with an encouraging grin.

"I could use NVE's old exploding squirrel research to get a headstart." Fortu said.

"I heard Bran and Rylli got married earlier." Tony said.
"Quickly fire up those fireworks." Dab said.
"Ah. ok." Tony said.

About 15 fireworks shot up into the air.
They spelled out the words.
"CONGRATSBRANANDRYL"

"What the hell happened to the other L and the i?" Dab asks.
"I forgot to buy them from that one shadowy figure in vaidega, dammit." Tony says.
"Ah well, i'm sure they won't mind."

"You guys know what'd suck?" Bran asked, Rylli answering. "If we got blown up by the ship?"

"I don't think we will," Swith reassured them.
