I'm hoping another R.P.er will come seek me out but if not I'll find some kind of plot. I think it provides some refreshing change to the other supernatural beings, in that my character is literally cosmic, but cannot freely use his powers.

Perhaps modernize the genie, like you are able to move freely but are still bound to whomever whenever the make a wish.

Some say he was possessed, but he could also potentially have been one of Kemmler's acolytes, outwardly seeming to be the head of the force that brought atrocities aplenty and a reign of blood-soaked terror upon Europe, yet it was seemingly the second most powerful man in Germany, the leader of the SS and the Gestapo, who ordered the extermination of all kinds of peoples, ethnicities, organisations and religious groups, and who evidently held an obsession with the occult; Heinrich Himmler, who also met and may have brought a considerable number of occultists of varying natures and kinds into the picture.

The force is War, the personification of violence. It has granted Arthur Miles power, for a reason that will later be revealed.

Problem is that my character actively sought to engage Videssos' necromancer in conversation, which would make it look very odd if he then immediately turned around and walked away. Of course, someone or something might pop out to interrupt them. Maybe a vampire or fifteen.
