Lewis is angered, and he decides to use Ivy as his new sex slave. Meanwhile, Anton escapes the asylum, pursued by an angry mob. He arrives at the cabin, and is taken prisoner by Polarbeard. Lewis sees the mob, and decides to fight. He ries Polarbeard out, slaughtering many of the people. Polarbeard is caught on a bear trap, forcing Lewis to fight Damien alone. The mob sets fire to the cabin, but Ivy and Anton escape, and run back to the town. However, Izanagi is waiting for them...

Damien then begins snorting the cocaine, causing Lewis to rapidly become more Lewis. Before he can fully transform, Lewis succumbs to his wounds and dies. Polarbeard is cured, becoming Sachin once more. Sachin runs the fuck away, while Damien finishes off the cocaine, dying of overdose.

At Elfen Town, Anton and Izanagi fight. Ivy tries to intervene, but Kyoko steps in to rape her. Izanagi doesn't want to miss out, and tries to join, leaving him open for Anton to stab and kill him. Kyoko is heartbroken, and kills herself with Anton's knife. Anton distracts the mob and runs into the woods, buying Ivy more time. As Ivy packs, she hallucinates. Following the voice of Calliel, she digs up his grave and lies with him in the coffin. A helpful, future-seeing gravedigger named Richard buries the two, causing Ivy to suffocate and die with her already-dead husband.
