It was just a small burst in speed to get the foundation for conquering the island. I'll have to slow it down now. It was just basic stuff anyway.

I'm on the mountain island south of you, on the western peninsula. I have basic ships, but they cannot go far from shore and are currently few in number.
They should hurry up with the map update, but I guess we'll have to wait until the mapmaker's back up.

No. It's not going tat fast. He's RPing as two different civilizations.

Although I researched two techs for one civilization in one post, but that's just to get ready for the conquest.
Also, we should set the default techs all civilizations start out with. My suggestion: basic farming, hunting, woodwork/carpentry, fire, clay molding(for basic structures).

It would be a simply process of heating it for a long while over a simple (albeit extremely large) fire to melt it and then too make it into a sword or arrow or something.... Or do this to silver or SOME natural element... Correct?
