Although, in theory, it would be possible for there to be feudalism in 4,000 b.c. considering it's simply an economic system invented in an age where there were no airplanes and people still fought with swords. But you said to change it, so I don't care anymore.

In the Warhammer 40,000 RP, one character is an arab-expy that cares for his troops; the other is a cold major that considers himself and his men dead(he was actually RP'd by a different poster at first until he left). In the 1095 RP, one is the king of Scotland wishing to assist in the crusades; and the other is the emperor of Japan who wishes to march west until he east, destroying the western civilizations in hopes of preventing the future he saw in his dreams.

As for this role-play, my second faction would be a Sparta expy, defiant to all.
