Mycenae is one of the world's safest and most heavily guarded cities, and it would be foolish of Craneia to attack. The topography of Mycenae gives the Lavalians an advantage. Not only is it surrounded by water and mountains, but it also lies within a sea, sheltered by various islands and Landmasses. For the Craneians to reach Mycenae, they would need to pass various checkpoints.
Laval thinks it is naïve of Craneia to think it scored such a victory in this war. Not only were Laval's forces sparse in Japan, the Lavalian government had intended to leave after the war- as the amount of resources to keep it functional would have been much a burden on the taxpayer. Laval had conquered Great Brittan, and had an enormous army waiting in Dacia. Since then, the army has been recalled.
The Military remains on Heightened alert. Laval too has its fair share of plans against Craneaia, which it will obviously not share. Construction of warships in Halifax has doubled, with the introduction of 2 new shipyards. The Military is also developing various new technologies to be used in future wars. Over the St.Laurence, the first fighter aircraft has finally launched. It strapped a large machine gun to its hull, which shot from the airplane. The technology is still primitive, and property of the Lavalian military. Also deployed is the first aircraft carrier into Mycenae Harbor.
Astronomy becomes of greater intrest to the Lavalians. A famous scientist discusses the possibility of flight into space through rockets as propulsion. The idea proves controversial, but many scientists have adopted the idea, and are looking into solutions. Also, in Seattle in an observatory in the mountains, a scientist has discovered a new small planet. He names the planet "Pluto".
Mycenae, Laval:
Mycenae is booming faster then ever. Buildings are sprouting up like weeds on every street corner. This is the newly reconstructed diplomatic quarter, which holds the various embassies of the city.

Buildings are constantly setting new records, and becoming more intuitive, such as this one- which is a triangle to conform to its lot.

The value of land is pushing buildings higher and higher. Below you can also see the wonders the citywide repaving project has reaped. The wide sidewalks accommodate many pedestrians.

Transportation has also been established to accommodate the cities 10 million residents, and the even more commuters from other towns and cities surrounding Mycenae.

(OCC: You would not be able to deflect an atomic bomb, and we are not planning an attack. It may not have been a major victory but it was the only fair victory were people didnt RP other peoples losses, yes I roleplayed capturing Lavalians but I never stated what the Lavalian losses were.
OOC: You shouldn't also be able to nuke a city of 10 million
