"You're a girl after my own heart, Natiya," Swith giggled. "I would have done the same if I had ever been a child."

The BranRiech wrote:"We might want to move, follow me." Natiya lead Swith away from the tank and to a roadsign further down the road. Meanwhile, a woman opened the door of the house holding a plate of Waffles and warm cider. She called for the two kids as they ran inside the house for their mid-day meal.
A few minutes later, the tank they were hiding behind previously was engulfed in flames as a large thud rang out through town. People began running and yelling in all directions as Bran's parents looked out their window in shock
OOC: skip to 2:40, the link screwed up.

"Was that... normal?" Swith waved away some of the harsh smoke that was now drifting in their direction and crouched next to the girl.

Natiya then almost broke down into tears. "It's been so long since I've seen them . . ." Obviously referring to their parents.

"That's the difficult part about visiting the past. There are those you want to save but disrupting their timeline only makes them suffer something greater." She cast a sad glance towards the burning tank.
"So waffles are a family legacy!" her face brightened.

She looked over at the squad of soldiers trying to pull out the crew from the burning tank, they eventually pulled out 3 burnt corpses.
"This was as bad as it got in out neighboorhood . . ." She said blankly

Swith Witherward wrote:"Your house, silly. Just to peek in a window," Swith gently poked Natiya's forehead, causing her molecules to vibrate just enough for her to seem near visible to passersby. She did the same to Sup (who had finally turned up from behind a shrub) and adjusted her own structure accordingly and made her way across the street and up the walkway, careful to tread only where other footprints lay in the snow.

OOC: I'm assuming you mean invisible right?

"We were kids . . . Didn't you ever do that to your friends or siblings?"
She looked inside and spotted the family dog starting to slobber all over Natiya, she playfully pushed the Husky puppy out of the way and continued drawing on Bran. The puppy then charged and tackled Natiya onto Bran and within minutes, a playful brawl had erupted between the three.

"Well Bran was conscripted into the military when he was 15 and I never thought I'd see him again, so we share some similer experiences . . ."
She looked down at the snow, and sighed.
"That was two years after I left . . ."

Natiya fired back. "I didn't see Bran again until just a few weeks ago, that's almost 10 years . . . And besides, weren't you going to rescue her when your axe recharges?"
