Well Aragon was 4 million 1096 but its not like i am going to be fielding armies of more then 5000.

I am a naval power, i am not looking to be getting into big land battles with anyone anywhere but I'll happily drop my pop to 1 million if it gets me accepted

Brief History since 298 BC (ONLY required for the 300 BC RP Veterans):

The proud land of Breizhland has its roots in strange shores. Their history begins in Clan Madec, one of the most feared and legendary clans of the Celtic lands. In time immemorial, this ancient clan laid claim to all of the traditional Celtic territories, from the Highlands to the rolling hills of Ireland. However, as years went on, the Madec clan continued to face hardships, eventually culminating in the 'excommunication' of one of the Madec Chiefs, in fact, the very own grandfather of Chief Conall Madec. The result was the utter destruction of the Clan's holding, and by the time that Conall was crowned Chief, their holdings were few and far in between. Conall decided to lead the exodus of his loyal people, in the famous tale depicting such flight, it is said that entire villages were broken down and transformed into ships. The Madec Clan and its loyal followers fled to the Celtic lands of Brittany, which they promptly asserted control over, as most of Brittany had already been under the Madec heel. With a young Chief and warriors thirsty for revenge, the Madec warriors turn their sights to greener pastures: To Conall Madec, the whole of France is his oyster.
