Short Bio: After the conquest of large territories of Africa by the Nazis, the Afrikaner Government of South Africa, although officially retaining its' racist stance towards its' black population, essentially ended the Apartheid policies, and entered a formal political, economic, and military union with its' neighbours for its' joint defence and economic stability.

The new nation, headed unofficially by one of the ANC's politicians, Mandla Mandela, and officially by an Afrikaner, Maarten Redeker, found itself in a unique situation as the trade link between the remaining free nations of the world in Oceania and South America, and the occupying country of Germany. With great insight, the emotionally-detached Redeker capitalised on their position, providing German technology to their South American allies and South American resources to the Germans.

Using the money from their trade bonds, the South Africans have equipped their military very well, even going so far as to complete a nuclear program as a deterrent against any aggressors. While it clearly does not have the manpower, will, or resources to go on the offensive against the Reich and the Empire of the Rising Sun, it often provides clandestine support to various resistance movements, which economically-minded Germans love to ignore in favour of profit since the (assumed) death of Hitler.

Short Bio (EVERYONE):

The split from our timeline occurs in 1940, in an small town named Dunkirk. Rommel's 7th Panzer " Ghost " Division happened to be in the area as the British and French forces retreated. Not getting any permission to advance. Rommel " accidently " lost comms with the German high command and drove his panzers straight into the allied force, which had deserted their weapons in order to attempt to get to the boats in time.

Losing virtually all of it's equipment and over half it's manpower in Europe, the British morale plummeted, which only got worse with news of the French surrender.

The IRA supplied heavily by the Abwehr managed to launch an attack on North Ireland, exhausting more British manpower and supplies, before the British ceded North Ireland to the Irish government, which thanked the Germans by allowing them bases in Ireland.

The Kriegsmarines raided ships and the Luftwaffe cratered British airfields, before blowing British cities to rubble. National socialist collaborators in the British house of lords and commons managed to assassinate Winston Churchill. This, along with an Fallschrimjager regiment manging to land in Wales prompted British surrender.

Then, the Germans sent all their manpower at Soviet Russia, and the soviets without American and British aid ( U-Boats were destroying any aid the Americans sent ) and the Wehrmacht clad snugly in winter clothes, the Germans managed to take Leningard, and seige Moscow and Stalingard in 1941, before forcing Russian surrender in the summer of 1942.

The Germans waited until 1947, ( conquering most of Asia and Europe ) before attacking America and Canada directly, ( which always supported governments rivalled to the Germans )

American military resistance capitulated after the taking of Washington, and the nuking of the small town of Orlando as an warning.

After this, the Nazis initiated General ostplan and butchered millions of Slavs and Russians for living space for the German people, while others enslaved and still others indoctrined as Germans. The lands were quickly repopulated by Germans, due to Germany's very high birthrate, according to German women's role in society. Jews, gypsies and the critically invalid were also purged. Africans, Hispanics and other minories are second class citizens, while muslims are treated little better. However Asians are treated very well, due to the Japanese Empire.

Most people in Nazi occupied territories have assimlated into Germany, speaking German and wearing their clothing, but secretly many cling to their old ways, speaking English and ploting to overthrow the National socialists.

Well Italy was technically on Germany's side. So to me, Italy isn't a satellite. Maybe anything that wasn't taken over is a satellite of all three empires. Turkey & Egypt as Italian satellites or South Africa (if he wants to) & Mexico as German satellites.
