Hidden miniature confetti canons shot several shiny, colorful bits of the party paper all over the room, and one of those wind-up carnival music machines began to play a happy tune. The two of them were dressed in old fashioned musical performer, barbershop-esque outfits, and they did a cheerful dance as they sung along to the music.

"Mr. Tesla, you are indeed beloved by many people in our current time. Bran's own people seem to hold you in awe. Perhaps we can take some time to have a good breakfast, now that Bran's awake. You'll find him waffles to be exquisite." She nudged Bran's arm with her elbow, delighted to have found a way to make his day better. "None of 'Zebub's seasoning. Your food is good as it is."
