Lucion had been waiting reading the science book in front of him, he'd already read it twice in the span of a few minutes. His inhuman eyes able to commit what he saw to memory faster than any normal Human could hope to achieve. It was interesting truthfully, what Humanity deemed was correct or the workings of the universe. It was on chapter 14, Atomical Theory that he felt something in the school. Not Cailleach, not Marina, not even te recent disturbance on the roof top that he had dismissed. It was something else, something of pure hatred that was knawing at his curiousity. But he had a duty now totally unknown to the one who had contracted him in the first place. So he kept a vigilance yet did not make his move for he would wait to see more of the cards. He would not play his hand until he could wager who had what or what was in store for those here. After all, you did not survive some millenia by being full heardy or reckless, some of his plans took centuries to come to fruition. When they did it was sweeter than the richest Honey, Faust had been right. Humanity lived in the moment and looked to the past having found little patience for the long term future repercussions of there then present actions.

Cailleach looked up. She felt new presences nearby. A chaotic being, akin in its thought patterns to a common demon but much more powerful. And yet it also seemed more earthly. How strange; it seemed to directly contradict nature. But nature could not be contradicted; just because something was incomprehensible to humans or even to nonhumans didn't mean that it didn't comply with nature's laws.
Then there were the others. Some sort of sentient magic had attempted to get through her wards surrounding the school. She had to suppress a smirk; how foolish. What being in its right mind would literally throw itself against a ward without tampering with it or protecting themself? Then again, maybe it couldn't sense the ward. There were some who couldn't sense magic.
She looked back down, brushing it off as she wound a strand of red hair around her right index finger.

Marina had been sitting in class for over ten minutes now and still the teacher was not here. Something was up, perhaps the class had been cancelled today? Teacher was sick? Room change? Whatever the reason it was starting to test her patience. So she swung her legs out into the aisle and standing up fixed her skirt and shirt before walking out of the classroom. Her impatience starting to show on her face and to it she heard a few whispers of,"First day and Marina's on the hunt again." These she ignored as she was well known for being an uptight student, quickly inquiring when things do not go as scheduled. This irritated her to the point of impatience, she was anxious as to why she was not learning, instead sitting in that classroom idle.

She opened the door and walked out into the hall, retracing her steps to the office by heading back down the stairs and hanging a right. Going down the wide hallway to take a sharp left and on the right was the main administrative staff offices. Marina approached the office and one of the front desk ladies, a middle aged women with curly brown hair looked up from a sheaf of papers at her.
"Yes my dear?" she said in a polite voice.

"Yes my literature class has no teacher in it, was there a room change? My name is Marina Arkadyevna by the way." replied Marina.

"Well Marina I have your schedule right here and the teacher present has indeed not started class or checked in anywhere else?" asked the front desk clerk.

"Indeed he has not." said Marina.

"Very well use this time as a study hall." replied the Clerk.

"Yes ma'am." said Marina before turning and walking swiftly back on her way to class. 'A study hall? well I guess it cannot be helped. Everyones probably going bananas right now and having a blast for not having class. Oh they'll be happy when I inform them about this. The thoughts amused her greatly and also troubled her.

Šarrum Bêl-Gišur

Šarrum felt a large amount of psychic and sorcerous activity was occurring in a distant location. The location was not so distant as to be on another continent though. He sensed it was roughly in a nearby country. Germany, as it was most often called in modern times, to be precise. He would investigate it, if he could. He journeyed back into the depths of his castle, through the dimly lit, dark corridors and into a large room, covered in arcane Sumerian symbols from floor to ceiling. In the centre of the floor, was an engraving somewhat resembling a door.

He stepped inside the engraving's boundaries, and his seemingly source-less voice spoke. "Daltu daltu, petu anna Sonnestein annu-isten lu tarṣiātum, alaku alaku, akka nusku annu akanni, ina ...muḫḫi... nasāku šarāru akka abāku!"
As he said this, a dark mist filled the room, and he became as a strange blur as he faded from his current physical location.
He glanced around once more, and found himself in a street corner, in relatively unremarkable German town. Unremarkable, were it not for the power signature he felt resonating in the area.

OOC: I kinda had to turn combinations of Sumerian and Akkadian words into an incantation.

A little bird told me, "Go, Go! Socialise! Talk to those fine people! And then, KILL EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM! Plunge your knife into their throats when they ain't lookin', and then burn 'em to the ground!"
Well that's silly, isn't it?

Lucion watched Marina go with a look of interest, 'Still inquisitive, even erasing your memories has not changed your personality one bit.' When she was gone and he made sure no one was looking Lucion melted away into the wall, blinding any surveillance camera with a faint and stealthy eye shield. Making it seem that he just did not exist and would tamper with the camera's recording feeds to give a fake looping.

He swept his essence through the structure of the building, following Marina. Trying his best to remain magically silent and unknown. Cailleach might catch on or sense him but hopefully anyone further away wouldn't have the slightest clue. He remained and hovered with his magical senses probing and keeping watch. Silently watching his charge and making sure she remained safe, after all her soul needed to be intact when the contract came to fruition.
