Voices in your head? Blessings?
I will not go on a pro-Empire rant this time.
First, you never receive a blessing from a Chaos God unless you are very high up(think Abaddon high). You receive gifts from daemons whom serve a god. Voices in his head, probably just daemons and random things in the Warp.

Uh, well. I guess he can hear things and stuff in his head, but nothing really huge.

Nothing mini about her, she is six foot five. Two inches taller than Hess, and taller than most people here. Not to mention she seems pretty feisty.
Catachan Devils tend to be around the six foot mark tops.
They are also the most feared jungle warfare unit in the Imperial Guard.
Height is not everything. I still shall call her mini-commissar. Why? Because she isn't a full commissar and no matter how good a fighter she thinks she is, if it comes to close combat my money is on Silva.

Pretty confident, eh? I saw we bar off part of the bunk room and hold a fighting ring. In the name of the Emperor, of course.

She sorta had an accidental firearm discharge inside of a ship in a small bunk room with multiple people around that could have easily killed someone. Stuff like that should not happen. But she is not going to get executed or something if that is what you think.

Name: Madison Tono (Disguised as) Gratia Ason (Real name)
Age: 29
Gender: Female
Height and weight: 5'8, 150
Appearance (Pictures are encouraged): Short dark hair, medium build. The Mark of Tzeentch is on her ankle, but it is usually invisible, fading away so she can walk among her enemies without any suspicion; only an individual as tainted in Chaos as her could spot the mark.
Experience (Service time and past regiment if applicable): Served for nine years as a Storm-trooper.
Position (Trooper, medic, etc.): Storm Trooper; Squad Leader
Equipment kit (Weapon, armor, apparel, etc.): Hellgun; Carapace Armor; Combat Knife; Crystal necklace
Medical Conditions (Injuries, mental status, etc.): Mild Chaos Taint; slight signs of the various mental disorders that go along with being a Tzeentchian. A light scar across her face from a slashing wound.
Biography and Personality: Born in the Underhive of a hive world, she grew up in a place void of anything positive. She was impressively intelligent, and had the fire in her needed to survive the Underhive. She grew up learning how to fight, and knowing nothing of love or loyalty. She did what she had to do in order to survive, and sometimes truly awful things were required. Due to her natural affinity at tactics and planning, and her incredibly persuasive charisma, she managed to take over a local gang at the age of 18.
It was then she turned to Tzeentch. Not satisfied with running a small street gang on the underbelly of a Hive World, her ambition brewed and grew in her mind, and she had hope that she could, in some way, improve the lives of the people in her hive, and make the rich, who oppressed them from above in the upper hive, pay. The Architect of Fate detected the massive ambition in the young woman, and offered her a 'gift': Greatly enhanced intellect and a way to accomplish her grand ambitions, in exchange for eternal service to the Changer of Ways. Believing this to be a way to give her power- and change the lives of those around her for the better- she accepted. Her mind, now bubbling with massively enhanced intelligence, quickly hatched the first conspiracy the woman would make. The other gangs quickly fell at her feet, forced under her reign, and the Underhive was united under her rule. But this was not enough for her. She wanted to leave the Hive World behind, and she was hit from a mission from her patron: infiltrate the Imperial Guard, as something more than a mere guardswoman. Tzeentch granted her another gift: the ability to exert light influence over those who make eye contact with her, in a way that no one would notice. The Changer of Ways also blessed her necklace, a necessary tool for the plan, to allow her to absorb the soul of an individual. She then hatched a plan; her gangs launched an attack on the main hive, one of the gang members destroyed the Planetary Defense Force's armory in one of Gratia's ploys, and the gangs slaughtered through the light guard presence on the Hive. According to plan, a Shock Trooper regiment was sent to suppress the uprising. The Shock Troopers shot down the gangs with little trouble, but Gratia managed to corner one of the troopers. Killing her, Gratia was mutated until she took on the exact appearance of the Shock Trooper, her memories and skills funneled into her mind as she absorbed the trooper's soul. Gratia- now disguised as Shock Trooper Madison Tono- managed to join the regiment with little trouble, serving for over nine years, waiting for her patron to give her the sign that it is time for her to move to the next phase of the plan.
Gratia is very good at hiding the turmoil in her mind, giving the appearance of an utterly stoic Shock Trooper. She is extremely cold and calculating, caring for others somewhat but willing to harm anyone in the name of her various plots. She is incredibly ambitious, always seeking to advance her position. She is willing to do just about anything to accomplish her plans, and has only three rules she abides by: Nothing with Slavery, Nothing with Rape, Kill anyone who does the last two. Originally seeing her patron as just a way to advance her own ambitions, she has become obsessed with change and chaos as their own end, to the point where she tends to forget her own personal goals and simply work to cause chaos with her plans. She is utterly dedicated to Tzeentch, hates all three other Gods (though she views Khornates as sometimes useful tools), despises the tyranny and stagnant lack of change that exists in the Imperium, and generally treats the people around her like pawns (though she does come to favor some of her pawns). She is ambitious, motivated, and utterly remorseless.
RP Example(Just a link to a RP you have been in): I know you silleh( ZOE, last WH40k RP, etc.)
