Yes. Once it respawns, it will have revenge.

The clause will wait. It will wait until you've given up. And then, maybe in a week, maybe in a few years, when you've forgotten it even exists and expect nothing, it will attack from behind and deal sweet, sweet revenge.

Bramwell, Makoto, and Tara probably will survive together (the irony is painful) due to regernative abilities.

Just wanting to make clear, these regenerative abilities don't make you unkillable, right? Like, if someone shoots your character in the head then they ought to be dead before their body can regenerate to heal the damage?

Tara's Healing Factor is more akin to Wolverine's (A grenade went off in his head, which knocked him out for a number of hours, and when he awoke he had retrograde amnesia).
So she's not immune to all sorts of damage, but as far as I'm aware she's unkillable (unless you went around severing her body parts and sending them to the far corners of the globe). Then, you have to keep in mind, she also has super endurance. When it starts displaying itself more prominently she'll be able to take more punishment before her body is forced to regenerate (severing limbs becomes much harder).

Bramwell's and Makoto's regenerative abilities do have drawbacks. It is more "survivability", as they still would recover from a broken arm at the same rate a regular person would. It also does not help that they cannot donate blood due to it being cancerous in other bodies, and occasionally causes tumors when some of those cells do not remain under control. They could survive being at ground zero of a nuclear explosion, but they would need years of recovery before they could dream. The regeneration basically ensures their survivability, and, under ideal ciurcumstances, allows them to effectively survive at peak condition. It does not ensure that they heal faster or that limbs and blood go flying back to them after they are injured. It just means that they could survive something most people would not, and can remain in peak condition under ideal ciurcumstances (I.E. they are not suffering injuries). To give an idea, they could have AIDS destroy their immune system due to a lack of treatment and then have their body wrecked by the diseases. At some point, a collection of surviving brain cells would just evacuate the body and start regrowing a new body in a process that would take plenty of years to do so. They could loose an arm, but that would take years to grow back that arm, during which, they would have to keep it under-wraps to ensure their secret identities remain secure.

To simplify it, I would call their regenerative abilities "Homer Healing". They could survive anything your average short of Merrie Melodies or Looney Tunes could throw at them, but they will be in pain and yelling "D'oh!" the entire time and (to take it a step further than Homer) require time in the hospital to recover from it. The superpower is more for the purposes of lore than a superpower with practical applications beyond adding the balance of how long the hospital stay would be versus the reward that would end with them in the hospital.

Huh, for once I have nothing to do in the IC thread at the moment, and I want to post :P I guess it's time I catch up on other threads. This is the only thread I've been pay attention to for weeks, and look how slow I've been paying attention to it! I'm not really a part of many RP's on here anymore, though, and I really do need to catch up on side forum stuff, so yeah....

ARGH.

You can't make a shadow a physical object, and to be able to strangle someone it'd have to be a solid and you'd have to either convert nearby energy into matter or somehow take control of nearby matter and solidify it. You'd need a stupid amount of energy to do that on a small scale, let alone moderate. Must have some heart.

Excuse me, sir. Seeing as how the V.P. is such a V.I.P., shouldn't we keep the P.C. on the Q.T.? 'Cause if it leaks to the V.C. he could end up M.I.A., and then we'd all be put out in K.P.

It could honestly work for many things. I don't really care what:P I really need to play Dear Esther too (And Alan Wake more). Either way, I thought some of you might be interested in a song that could work for something like this. I find it a really sweet song.

I keed of course, I too play ME3 as well, somewhat. Multiplay is fun but it does get repetitive after awhile.

At some point I need to complete it again now they've released the extended ending DLC. To be honest, the multiplayer's never gotten old for me as every time it threatens to get repetitive I unlock a hilariously fun new weapon or discover how to play a new class. One of the events last month made me work out how to play a Batarian soldier, with the result that I'm now dominating almost every map with Reegar Carbine and Ballistic Blade spam!
See I prefer the submission net/Revenant combo. Of course I prefer the anything/Revenant combination so that's sort of point moot.

That being said leveling up Ballistic Blades certainly means that narrow hallway encounters with things such as Brutes or Geth Pyros is now a lot less nerve wracking.

Ha. You guys think you're so cool, with your video games and your music. Me? I don't need to be cool, because I'm devoted.
While you waste your time pressing buttons to fire imaginary guns, I use my time wisely, and press the refresh button, waiting for new posts. While you listen to music, I listen to the sound of my keyboard as I copy out someone's post into my secret Word document. And when you leave your houses, you probably leave your little hobbies behind. I don't. If possible, I do not leave the house, and stay hunched over my laptop. Watching. Waiting. When I am dragged out? I bring a hard copy of every single post and pore over them endlessly, buying a new printing ink cartridge every time Corrian posts. You think you're cool? Coolness doesn't beat devotion.

...I really need a life.

Not personally a fan of the Revenant; I find it too heavy and the Striker's more rewarding. That said, I still use it with my Turian Sentinel. Anyway, Batarian Soldier with Reegar Carbine pwns all. Geth Pyro? Ballistic Blades. Phantom? Ballistic Blades Banshee? Reegar Carbine, inferno grenade spam and Ballistic Blades!

Other build I find that work:
  • Human Soldier with Striker Assault Rifle - The Striker's a mini grenade launcher who's small magazine can be overcome by using Adrenaline Rush for an instant reload. Combine that with spamming frag grenades and concussive shot and you'll be devastating. Sure, you'll use up all your ammo in about thirty seconds but who cares when you just killed everything in one quarter of the map.
  • Cerberus Vanguard - Take the anti-armour upgrades for powers and the Reegar Carbine to deal with shields and then learn that nothing beats meleeing an Atlas to death while tentacle raping the Illusive Man's minions.
  • Asari Justicar - Reave and Lift have very short cooldowns, allowing you to combo them and spam biotic explosions ridiculously fast against normal enemies without relying on a teammate. For bad guys with shields and armour, spec your bubble to generate a warp effect and then Reave anything inside for exploding purple glory. Take any lightweight weapon with a scope for fast recharges and long-range biotics.
  • Human Engineer with M-90 Indra - The Indra's basically an assault rifle with a scope stuck on it. Now you can spam Overload and Incinerate from the other side of the map!

I'm still trying to find especially gamebreaking builds for the various sentinel and infiltrator classes, but all of the above are basically lol!

EDIT: I'm sorry Saune, you were saying something about devotion?
