And here comes Tilt, one of the few people here with actual in-depth computer experience, that we didn't bother to ask.

In last year's English class, we were in the computer lab, and I mentioned that I thought I had read once somewhere that "Nazi" was an acronym. Another guy, let's call him M, looks it up, and says it can't be an acronym because the full party name doesn't line up with the letters. Other guy, let's call him A, argues that because it is German, it must work in a different way. This leads into a three-way argument about what qualifies as an acronym, translations, and the grammar of the German language.

Meanwhile, our English teacher (a job in which you are trained to know what acronyms and such are), who is fluent in German, is sitting about four feet away from us. It takes us a full 20 minutes to come up with the brilliant idea to ask him. Though honestly, he did sort of just handwave us all.

And because this is NationStates and I know it will happen, no, I don't want an answer to the question. I know that's a long-winding path nobody needs to go on right now.

I've been wondering about acronyms across languages for a while.

I'm more knowledgeable than most people I know IRL when it comes to computers, but I'm no genius. The most me and my friends have done was crash computers and fuck up the systems at school so we could download Google chrome on old computers and visit blocked websites.

I love cicadas. One of my favorite times of year is when the Cicadas mature in Summer. Keeping the windows open after a big storm and listening to all the buggers cry is awesome.

I'm glad I found that guy's channel, too. I love nature, and Japan has some cool places. If I don't get to go to Alaska or hike through Appalachia, I want to see Japan. I remember, my grandpa was stationed in Yokohama, and then Tachikawa in the 1950's & 60's. He loved Japan. I wanna see the Shinto shrines on the mainland, and Okinawa too.

Hmm, J'aluk would probably be the more appropriate opponent, given their limited history, but Dr. Smith would probably be the one she'd be more comfortable with.

Want me to have her there now? I can get up a post or two before I get off. I'll keep posting for Torii and Jasmine, but move one of them out when I get the chance. I'll definitely be playing Torii during the ball.

Who needs gas when you got? Horrible Holocaust joke here....... And besides that thing is the Paris Gun on treads and will be guarded, if created, by maybe a Lankreuzer P1000, several tigers, and maybe some Osterwind AA.
