We should probably discuss plans OOCly and then write them ICly as to not cause confusion.

I'm looking at the IC right now, and I don't understand a thing that's happening with the irregulars right now. Mind giving me a quick rundown on what exactly we're doing?

I got this
Red got a lead on the Shadow Thief and the Watchman and brought it to the other Irregulars
Quinn and Gunpowder led most of the Irregular to the British Museum to try and catch the thief
Forge and Red went their own ways, Forge unsuccessful at a different museum, Red worked information out of bar patrons
Throwdown in the Museum led to an injured Scarf, Charlotte Queens getting injured and being revealed as the Shadow Thief...and some other things I am not entirely sure about
Red is being tailed by Forge as he continues investigating the Watchman dilemma by talking to Charlotte Queen's mother, Agatha Queen, target of the Watchman

Shadow Thief teams up with Irregulars, ish. They all return to Baker Street so Scarf can get himself fixed up before he passes out.
Sorry to disappoint you Sin but the Irregulars stole the Thief.

Name: Guillaume Bourcier
Alias: The Adder or the London Poisoner
Age: 27
Sex: Male
Biography: Guillaume Bourcier was born in Paris to a well to do family, His father was Herpetologist who spent most of his time away from Paris and in the Jungles of Africa and South America while his mother was left to raise the young boy. Growing in this home was interesting, Since he was better off than most people he received a quality education especially from tutors hired by his father who hoped he would follow in his footsteps, But yet there was family intrigue especially by his uncle Jean Claude Bourcier who was suspected of having an affair with his mother while there was rumors that his fathers second brother Demetrius was having eyes for his fathers estate. These suspicions where increased when his father was found dead by stab to the throat, Despite the efforts of the Great Parisian Detective Hugo Hébras his fathers murder was never solved and that caused are now 13 year Guillaume to despise the police due to their inability to find his fathers killer, Another blow to the boy was when his uncle married his mother and seized control of his fathers fortune. At the age of 14 Guil fled from home after he head rumors that his uncle was planning to kill him and seize his inheritance, His new life in the streets of Paris proved hard on him who was used to living in luxury but he slowly adapted to the point where he knew the basics of living on the streets. At the age of 22 he finally decided to have his revenge on his uncle, By acquiring poison from a shady back alley merchant he poisoned his uncle during christmas, His uncle just barley survived though and he was forced back on the streets but he realized that this could be a new money making opportunity. Soon a stream of letters would be addressed to various wealth Parisians stating that if they did not pay a specified sum of money they would be poisoned, At first most of them did not believe that is until wealthy railroad baron Francois De Acquatine was found dead in a park with a poisoned dart in his neck, Soon a stream of other wealthy victims started appearing and those who had received the letters and had not been poisoned paid the ransom in fear of being poisoned. Eventually this scheme would backfire when Gulliaume barley escaped capture by the Parisian Police, Realizing he was not safe in France anymore he boarded a ship under a assumed name and arrived in London to start up his poisonous blackmail once more. The first London target was Lord Reginald Long who after refusing to pay the ransom was found poisoned outside his London Manor. Realizing he was less known in London than is Paris he began targeting people who strolled in one of London's many parks or streets at night, Mainly the wealthy but also middle class and poor was targeted. The Poisonings got so bad that Sherlock Holmes himself was prepared to investigate the case before his disappearance in the falls. To this day Guillaume is blackmailing London's elite with threats of poisoning unless they pay a substantial amount, But there is evidence that he is slowly going off his rocker since the last two targets where random tavern goers who had their drinks poisoned, This may be seen as new stage for him, A transition from a goal motivated blackmailer to a psychopathic killer.
