Ok will do.

Just to be clear zarkenis ultima, and no disrespect or intention to argue intended, but, I'm generally a patient guy.
There's a difference between deciding to be patient and being worried about an rp perishing so you decide to take the small amount of free time you have during a funeral that your not using for grieving (or other activities) in order to post in an effort to help out.
Just thought I'd mention that so my intentions in posting weren't misinterpreted. Please don't respond to this with any negative comments or attacks please. Again no hostilities or offence intended.

Yeah. As Zark said, I've been fairly busy. (Other rps, IRL, etc).
Plus I've had a recent spate of writers block when it comes to this. I had a plan, but I'm not entirely sure how to proceed... I was hoping some time and other peoples posts would give me some clarity on what to do.
I'd appreciate it if everyone could be indeed a little patient. (Not saying you haven't) I just need a little more time to make sure I know what I'm doing. I'l try my best to get a post up today (Tomorrow at the latest)

If you would like to bounce around some ideas, my TG box is open.

I promise not to metagame, don't worry. :P

Ah. I see. Well, I would guess that such comment was directed towards those who hadn't posted, but I understand where you're coming from. And don't worry, I know you didn't mean to be hostile. :p

I might need some help later, but for now my mind seems to be back on track. Though it isn't exactly what I had in mind, I thought I'd give you guys the taste of some combat now.

Anyway, about that last post, some information about the terrain and the assailants would be welcome. :P

For being all Zarky.

Also, Gentem, please no OOC in the IC. We have an OOC thread for that very reason. It's like using a Toaster to wash your clothes.

Few more questions about the modules:

Can the venom injector be used as a tendril of sorts or is it only good for stabbing? Does it work even if dettached or cut off? How durable is it, for that matter?
How does the spring jump module work? Can it be used to give someone a good kick instead of jumping? :P
Does the blink teleportation have a cooldown? Can you take other people along with it?

How many troops are we down too? my flamethrower took out 2, caine took out 2, and i don't know what else.

As a note the flames from the flamethrower only last like 10 seconds.

But the flame creates smoke. Depending on the amount of smoke produced visibility is affected (I figured a lot of smoke) was produced as I imagine it to be like in, call of duty: world at war, where if you use the flame thrower on Nazi zombies without insta-kill being active people get annoyed because you can't see what's behind the smoke.

How long would the smoke last then if the flames only lasted 10 seconds and you flamed for 5 seconds? Like 5 minutes?

Edit: Was your knife of the physical or energy variety? (I had assumed physical but I'm not sure, I think energy would be more effective in battle though) If your wondering what I'm talking about by knife I'm referring to the weapon you used to stab the enemy with.

this is not real fire i believe because of the fact that it would kill other people in this battle. And the area there is mostly metal.

Wouldn't smoke still be produced regardless though?

Edit: I suppose if its not real fire then the smoke produced might only last for a fraction of the time, like 1 or 2 minutes then. I'm not entirely sure.

Would that not be too powerful? That makes it sound like an insta-kill weapon. Which seems weird given were facing veterans in power armour. I'd imagine soul armour to be at least a little flame resistant. If that was to be acceptable I'd imagine the op to want some disadvantages to be included. What might some disadvantages be?

I believe it's energy but they were modified for this battle to only perhaps burn metal or something.

I mean you have to have a good amount to trigger the effect. It's not instakill anyway.
