Well a Girl is the Larval stage of a terran female, and a child is the Larval stage of a terran.
So translated into Urken what your saying is Terran female larva Terran larva when infact you want to convey through mouth words that shes in fact an Adult Terran female Terran larva. So if we ask a fictional alien race then probably not.
But if you're asking if I get you, then I get you... I think.

Personality: Delta possesses a Positive and optimistic personality. Preferring to always see the silver lining in any situation and trying to never say anything unless its something good to say or a constructive criticism (tries not to insult or say negative things about other people, especially behind their back). He is very trusting of others and quite innocent in nature. Due to his lack of socialising much early in life he didn't learn many of the more 'unfortunate' language (four letter words) and other 'odd' concepts and ideas that the other kids learned from each other. This lack of contact with practically anything negative early in life led him to become very trusting of others, which simultaneously caused a small shock in high school when he came in more close contact with the other students and learned that not everyone was so 'moral', he is quite innocent and now seemingly constantly learning new concepts and words from his colleagues with not everything being for the best and some more shocking then others. He is very honest, and is considered by those around him to be very trustworthy for this reason among others. He wouldn't talk of a (obvious) secret entrusted to him by another without there express permission prior to disclosing the information to another. One major example of this is finding the answers to a test and immediately handing them into the instructor, viewing cheating with distaste and seeing it as something that wouldn't benefit anyone in the long run and will only harm both the cheater and those around them. D.E.L.T.A. has a great memory, rarely forgetting anything that he learns and gifted with the ability to recall most of the information he learned when its needed, this is tempered by a moderate or poor short term memory in comparison to his medium and long term memory. Delta is a "Gentleman and a scholar" having being someone who truly loves to learn new things and enjoys making other peoples day. He likes putting a smile on the faces of others, frequently doing this through complimenting and offering assistance to others in need of assistance near him. He is Compassionate and honourable and when fighting would try to fight fair, and at least give the enemy a chance, advocating taking prisoners and treating them with dignity over executing them. He follows a set of morale codes that help guide his actions. logical, He is very logical and analytical, preferring whenever possible and viable to look at all possible perspectives on an issue and the strategies to solving a problem before attacking it. This makes him great at decision making in addition, although he is also more susceptible to over analysing situations and being a 'captain obvious' as it were but is quite intelligent and mentally agile as well. D.E.L.T.A has a good sense of humour and although independently natured, enjoys the opportunity from time to time to socialize with others and make them laugh, an act that is frequently performed on the comparatively rare times when the opportunity arises to de-stress and do such socializing with his colleagues. He normally portrays an air of confidence in his dealings. When the rare occasion occurs where he can de-stress off mission he tries to do so, occasionally connecting more with others and trying to improve his fairly developed interpersonal skills.
Bio: Delta was born in Western Canada, a town known as Rolo (if your familiar with this town perhaps your familiar with the Canadian comedy television series "Corner Gas"). He is descended from people of UK and Russian blood. He joined the army cadets in his early years and went on numerous summer activities like marksmanship, drill and ceremonial instructor and expedition instructor. He achieved the honour role in school numerous times and graduation was pulled into the army like everyone else on earth. He became a specialist in security in the armed forces, renown in the core for his skills in the security field such as hacking enemy Intel and using firearms among other things. After getting enough experience he was given his upgraded power armour and told he could customize it as he wished within reason, leaping at the opportunity he had the armour be able to repair and maintain itself, as well as to provide a bonus to the basics (strength and speed), he asked that the armour be able to project holograms so that he wouldn't be discovered as easily when attempting to do his job behind enemy lines, and that the suit be equipped with a venom holding tail so that if he was caught in a jam he could quickly and quietly remove the potential threat without an alarm being sounded. He asked that the suit be equipped with a burrowing feature to aid his tasks, allowing him to stealthily burrow into an enemy compound without fear of detection in all but the most advanced facilities as well the ability to escape with minimal chance of injury if things went south on the job and he had to escape quickly and quietly without dying. He also requested wings so that he could fly and that way be able to reach a high location faster, gain the high ground to take out potential enemies, and to be able to make a swift get away from the mission point when he obtained his objective or if things went south and he was too high up for burrowing to be a relevant option, plus he thought it sounded cool and wanted to know what it was like to fly. When asked about what he wanted as a unique bonus he wasn't entirely sure. He had 3 major choices in his head. The first one was active camouflage (temporary invisibility/cloaking) to further decrease the chances he'd be discovered, then he thought about shielding so that there would be a decreased chance of him becoming a machine gun sandwich while on a mission, finally he thought about his ai that he'd been told was or at least would be in his armour and how he normally wouldn't be able to talk directly to it and realizing that most of the time his missions were solo partially due to his independent nature and partially due to the nature of the missions. He decided to ask for enhanced ai's so that he would be able to talk to his ai(s) and have a 'partner' on his missions. He requested a dome shield in addition but that request is still pending for approval.
With his armour obtained he went on missions, taking favour with 2 of his ai's (most of whom named after Greek letters) called Thetaand Delta(Image). Sometimes on a mission he wondered what things would be like if he had gotten other upgrades but was happy with his decision overall though his head did get frequent headaches from the ai's yammering. He found his choices to be quite useful on his missions and his ai's helpful in that regard as well especially delta whom frequently assists with the more complex computer system locks and hacking. He found his holographic technology most useful on a solo mission where he used it to disguise himself as a potted plant in an office environment as guards went past unsuspecting. But despite circumstances has made 'friends' or at least 'friendly acquaintances' while on missions that Involve more then one physical person and not all these friends from his own core.(Image)

What would happen if you had both of these? Since one uses power to create life and the other generates huge quantities of power. Would it let you create bigger and badder constructs and more of them then otherwise possible with just the energy construct creation?
