I think mango is mango in most languages that use the Latin alphabet. Or something similar, anyway.
Google translate reveals that it is manga in Galician and mangue in French.

That's the idea. I guess each version of him would have all of his memories up to the point that he became a nanobot colony, plus the memories of whichever version of him infected them. And they'd probably be able to share memories by exchanging nanobots.
