He managed to stop, and spoke to Aziraphale, "So... What should we do now?"

Aziraphale immediately leaped to the default reaction of anyone who has no idea what's going on.

"Fight Nazis."

"I agree!" Marowit declared, holding his rifle high, composure restored by the loss of their audience.

"Yay! Fight Nazis!" Lir chirped, grenade launcher only a few inches below Marowit's rifle. Either he had forgotten the events that had just taken place, or he was willingly ignoring them, knowing the talk would come later that day.

"For the sake of everything that's holy...get dressed. I don't want Nazis looking at your ass." Marowit muttered through the corner of his mouth.

Takao frowned. Fucking Nazis. Despicable humans.

"Nazis. They tarnished the good name of my people, and I shall destroy every last one of them. THEY WILL ALL PERISH."

"Right." Daniel concentrated, using the thought-activated contact lenses to send a report back to Heavensgate on what they had found. If we vanish next, at least we'll have given the next search party more information than we had when we started. He paused, considering. A great roar from the sky. That's something, at least. A clue, or a warning.

"Okay," muttered the priest, straightening. "Let's all keep an eye out for those chips, or tokens. Otherwise, stay out of sight, and hold fire unless you have no other choice." Daniel nodded at the town ahead. "Let's head up there and see what we can see." He raised his rifle to his shoulder and began to move slowly toward the edge of the village, placing his feet with exacting and subconscious precision to avoid snapping twigs or crunching through fallen leaves. Silence is our best defense. Slowly, slipping from tree to tree and then building to building, Daniel approached the town.

He sighed, and then hacked up some blood. "I'll, uh... patch myself up. Jesus, this is gonna hurt... you go on ahead, I'll catch up with you once I'm better."

He grabbed a bottle of painkillers, popped off the top, and began swallowing every pill. When the bottle was empty, he grabbed another.

Crowley chose the upstairs staircase. He gave a nod to his cousin. "Stay safe and in contact, you have the lenses as well." he said, jogging up.

Upstairs, there was a hallway. Mostly abandoned, but probably dangerous nonetheless.

Suddenly, a surge of pain shot through Crowley's body. The wizard was tossed into a nearby wall, and then dropped onto the floor. Standing above him was an attacker; a single Thule soldier whose eyes were red with rage. The soldier picked up Crowley by the collar, and tossed him halfway down the hallway. He pressed a Swastika badge on his shirt, which beeped. "Sir, Aleister Crowley is here with me - Depot Station Goebbels."

There was a chuckle. "Good job, Therian," a voice replied form the communicator badge. "Once you're finished with Crowley, return to the Tower. More of the Elfen Highers are in the city somewhere, and we need to find them." The voice was the Colonel.

The communicator beeped, turning off. Therian - the soldier - approached Crowley, smirking. His open mouth showed off his fangs. "You'll have to excuse me, Mr. Crowley. I'd love for a drawn-out fight. But, alas, I have a duty to the Society."

The door slid open.

"My Fuhrer," the Colonel said, as he stepped into the office. The room was very big and very expensive, with computer monitors that showed news broadcasts, security camera feeds, data, stock market graphs, and other boring things. The Fuhrer, a grey-haired man of about fifty, sat at his desk writing. He glanced up, and smiled at the Colonel.

"Ah, Colonel. Please, approach," the Fuhrer replied. The Colonel nodded, and approached the Fuhrer's desk.

He wasn't a clone of Adolf Hitler, an insane necromancer, or Richard Nixon's shadow ghost. No, the Fuhrer was a middle-aged man named Augustus Blackwood. He was born in Washington, D.C., attended Harvard, served in the United States Marine Corps, and was a political advisor to several world politicians. And he didn't have dreams of stomping the world into submission, killing every Jew and gypsy, or blowing up the universe. Augustus Blackwood just wanted to make things better. He wanted to see everyone in the world unite into a single family, and strive to continue excellence in all fields. The Fuhrer was a man just trying to make Earth successful.

He was just another idealistic politician.

"My Fuhrer," the Colonel said once again, "Aleister Crowley is here, along with some Elfen Highers and ISSR soldiers."

Augustus stopped writing, and put is pen down. He thought for a moment, removing his glasses and rubbing his forehead.

"I saw this coming. I did, Colonel, and I knew... well, nevermind. Where is Aleister Crowley?"

"In combat with Therian."

"I'm sorry, who?"

"Commander Therian Thorpe. Leader of Werwolf Battalion, sir."

"Ah, yes," Augustus replied. He sighed, thinking for a moment. "Colonel, I need you to stop Crowley at all costs. He'll want to destroy the Fae Block and save his grandson. But in the process, he'll kill everyone in this city. And he'll discover our secret weapon."

"Indeed," he said. The Colonel was getting a bit nervous. He didn't notice an officer approach behind, and stand next to him. When he did, he became even more nervous.

"Ah," the Fuhrer said, "Speak of the Devil."

The officer smirked. "I'm not the Devil, sir," he replied.

"Of course," Augustus mused. "You're much, much worse."

"I would greatly prefer a sword, if you have one of those," he said, "But I suppose I can make do with human weapons, friend Robert Downey. It is simply that I have much more experience with classical armaments."

"You'll have to use those for now," he replied. "Once reinforcements arrive, they'll probably have some more weapons for you."

An arm broke through the wall behind Robert, who turned and immediately opened fire with his SMG. The arm was blasted apart by the stream of bullets, blood splattering all over the wall. The arm pulled out of the hole, and a hairy, red eye appeared for a moment, before disappearing.

Robert placed a finger on the blood splatter. "Analyse DNA," he said. His armour took a moment, before a notice popped up in his helmet. He immediately moved away from the wall.

"Shit," he muttered. "That's werewolf DNA."

Takao, hearing Aziraphale call for a sword, pulled out his Wakizashi, and offered it to him.

"It's more of a personal defense weapon, but would this blade suffice for you?"

While not particularly advanced compared to the prototypes D was working on, it was still something to behold and contained quite a few features Daisuke had decided not to sell to the ISSR yet. You need to have something up your sleeves, after all.

D stood at a podium with a touch screen on it, operating the systems for the portal. The portal itself was a six feet-by-six feet door frame made of steel, containing nothing until the space inside it was replaced with a physical green light.

"This will take us to an ISSR base on the Underworld border," D explained, tapping a button on the screen and causing Eric to take on Crowley's guise and Parnell Daisuke's, "Abandoned, after some griping from Hades. If anyone asks - which they definitely will - 'Daisuke' and I are there to discuss the possibility of selling Project Vulcan to Hades. Pretend to know what that is and let me do the talking."

D stepped into the portal, emerging into a small room consisting simply of several portal, connected to the rest of the base by an elevator. He simply shoot a hole in the roof and flew out.

He turned back to Robert, who was mumbling about DNA.

"Werewolves?" he remarked, "I once heard legends of Hounds of God, men who turned to beasts and slayed demons with their teeth. But I doubt these are related to our present situation. Most humans seem to think unkindly of shape-changers."

"Werewolves? I read something about that. They sounded like deceptive Oni," remarked Takao. He couldn't recall any such creatures in his culture, but he knew of shapeshifting demons who would disguise themselves as humans in daylight. Tht was familiar enough.

He swung the Wakizashi blade in a circle, displaying his proficiency with the blade, like he so loved to do, and sheathed it in one swift motion, the blade now returned to his lower back with his Katana.

And then a werewolf was coming towards him. Lucky timing, too, because Takao's hand was already right over his Katana. He grasped the handle of the perfectly curved blade, and waited for a split second for the werewolf to get close. In this time, he set himself up for a lunging slash, and preformed just that, swinging his sword straight from the sheath into the beast, the swift motion faster than he could have preformed with sword at the ready.

Of course, this only meant that if he missed, he was completely open.

This was new, and Takao was pissed. There wasn't a single time in his entire career as a professional soldier that his Katana failed to slash through an enemy. He knew he would have to get a better blade for this world. He pulled out his Wakizashi, hopped to his feet, and stood in a defensive position. He was ready for the beast to lunge at him, and knew just where to thrust. Now I wait...

He took note of the new beast, and it was attacking Lir. If that Wendish pervert doesn't deal with that, I'm going to have to.

Marowit and Lir had been stunned by the revelation of the werewolves, and even more so by the sudden attack. But as one of those creatures took ahold of Lir, shock was quickly replaced by fearless determination and Marowit actually punched the monster in the nose, while Lir, still giggling, kicked it in the groin with surprising strength.

"Take your claws off my bitch!" Marowit seethed, shoving the barrel of his rifle into the beast's muzzle.

Robert took a moment to pick up a flamethrower, and he fired a stream of fire into Lir and Marowit's werewolf, the flames engulfing the beast and slowly burning it to death.

Takao laughed at the display, but grimaced at being one-upped by the beast. On one hand, it was fast. On the other hand, it was using a weapon that was probably completely foreign to it, and would be unwieldy. "You think you can beat me in swordplay?"

Takao stood calm, standing completely up straight, and extended his sword arm. From here, he stepped back, drawing his sword arm back along his arm, the tip resting just next to the elbow of his other arm, fully extended. It was the perfect striking position. Lighting fast. The only problem was, it was designed for a lengthened Katana, and he was using a Wakizashi. This will be interesting, he thought to himself. With lighting fast preciscion, Takao lunged forward, fully extending his sword arm as he plunged the sword at the beast, targeting the center of it's chest, and slightly to it's left.

Be you human, you will perish, beast, he thought as he lunged.

"Vampire? No, you seem almost more like a werewolf." Crowley noted. "In any case, let's get this done fast, can we?" he asked, getting up slowly. "You know, I'm an old man. A very old man. And I'm afraid that was just FUCKING DISRESPECTFUL YOU WHORE!" he roared, a silver dagger popping out of his sleeve as he made to stab the approaching Thule.

Tiami is cool.
Nat: Night's always in some bizarre state somewhere between "intoxicated enough to kill a hair metal lead singer" and "annoying Mormon missionary sober".

Swith: It's because you're so awesome. God himself refreshes the screen before he types just to see if Nightkill has written anything while he was off somewhere else.

It's Nightkill. He's been there so long he rents out rooms to other people at a flat rate, but demands cash up front.

The werewolf moved aside, grabbing the Wakizashi's blade with its free hand. Then it let go of the blade, punching Takao in the face. It grabbed the samurai, and tossed it through the gap in the wall that Robert accidentally created. Takao was alone in a room, along with a dead werewolf. The beast that wielded his own katana stepped into the room, tossing the blade aside and grinning. It took a moment, before charging at Takao at amazing speed.

Therian moved aside, grabbing Crowley's wrist with his right hand. He smirked, and delivered a punch to the wizard's ribs with his left. He tossed Crowley forward into a wall, and then kicked him in the stomach. "You are a very old man. And you'll die a very old man. Just like Lewis, Minh, and Fixban. Old men die, Mr. Crowley."

He grabbed Crowley by the neck, and chuckled. "Yes, old men die. But lucky for you, young men rise to take their place. The Society will rise to take your place. Damien Seward will take your place."

He punched Crowley in the stomach, and dropped him. Therian backed up, clearly amused by Crowley's lack of power. "You have no powers here. Nothing to use against me. Thanks to a precious little stone I'm guarding."

Takao saw his opportunity the moment the creature dropped the blade. In a desperate attempt, he jumped to the side of the creature. It wasn't fast enough, and the charging werewolf caught his leg, and shoulder, ripping a decent gash into takao's left arm. Fuuuuck that hurts, he thought. He tried to ignore the pain, and launched forward off of his good leg, reaching out to his Katana and grabbing it. He stood, glared at the beast, and leveled his katana, gripping it in his right hand. He returned to his first stance, this time with his Katana. Work, dammit. Work, he thought to himself. He lunged forward once more, thrusting the Katana towards the stomach of the beast.

The beast charged at Takao once more, though didn't notice the katana. There was a tearing sound, and the beast stopped right in front of Takao, standing well above him. It glanced down, seeing the katana impaled into its chest. The werewolf the looked up at Takao, rage filling its eyes. It opened its deadly jaw, ready to chomp down on the samurai's head - however, Robert had followed them into the room, and blasted the beast in the side of the head with a shotgun. The werewolf stumbled aside, its jaw unhinged and dangling. Robert fired again, blasting away its chest. He fired shot-after-shot, blowing away the werewolf's head and chest until it was nothing but bones and shreds of skin and organs. The beast's lifeless body collapsed onto the floor, blood pouring and gushing out like a fountain. The soldier sighed, removing the katana and handing it to Takao.

"I think this is yours," he said, quite calmly. "Next time, aim for the head."

Takao took the Katana, and set it down. Without a word, he walked over to his Wakizashi blade, which was still devoid of blood, and sheathed it. He then returned to the room, took his Katana, and wiped it on his blood red kimono. The great thing about such a kimono was that it was not only loose fitting, but it hid the color of blood. In fact, the only visible sign of blood from his arm was dripping down his hand. Oh yeah, my arm, thought Takao.

He glanced down at the werewolf, and then at Robert, and bowed to him respectfully. "I shall remember your advice, quiet one."

The then parted the kimono where the tears were made, and examined he wound. It wasn't pretty, and it was bleeding pretty badly. Helmet go of the clothing and pressed down on the wound for a moment, to slow the bleeding.
