I'm not the one who made the map, I just organized the districts. You'd have to talk to the maker of the map if you want to add a constituency.

I'm not sure. Flickr I know needs an account but that's what I use and I feel it works best. Highest resolution, easy hosting. To each his own, though, I just can't really see it from my iPad on Photobucket.

Whenever I try to upload it on Flickr it says that the upload failed. Any other suggestions?

See if you can
    a) put it on a PowerPoint or Word document
    b) save the document as a PDF
    c) see if you can host that somewhere like ScribD, PDFy, or Issuu

That will give it a high resolution but shouldn't restrict by the file size of one image, and it should be relatively easy for people to access.

Would putting it on Google Docs or Slides work? If not, then I can do it on Word tomorrow.

Wow then.

From what I saw before that crashed my laptop, it isn't broken into constituencies, and those are a bit more important than the districts, which haven't even actually been legislated yet.

The idea is that each major city (as in a city that appears on the map) and its surrounding areas are a constituency.

And San Cristobal? It's broken into several constituencies represented by several senators.

My main point is, the districts haven't been created yet, and might not even be, we should be focusing more on the constituencies.

The Liberated Territories (the guy who was working on the map) is currently taking a break. I was trying to give everyone a general idea of what the districts might look like and how many there would be, along with the amount constituencies per district, so that we can get the ball rolling on Njil's Elections Act.

TLT said he wasn't working on the map anymore, and we haven't heard from Lucasaer in a while.

That's problematic.
