We can legislate on them. Calling joke orders disorderly would allow us to raise a point of order if they get out of hand, forcing a withdrawal, but still allowing the motions to be made without serious consequence as a source of amusement.

Beta and I ruled a while back that joke motions need to stop coming to the table.

Or I could just counter a countermotion, without supporting the first motion directly.

I find the idea of countermotions ridiculous anyway.

I'm not even sure you can motion to remove an Admin.

Kam probably has no viable case, he is well known to harbor a hate for me both OOCly and ICly for whatever reason. He most likely has no reason other than 'I don't like you' to motion it.

The Admins are entirely opposition senators except for me, who is generally unaligned.

A bailiff could enforce it. But we need senators on a committee do make rulings

Oh by the way, if anyone is interested in serving as expert witness for the upcoming case:
  • Negative effect of pepper spray.
  • Doctors (mostly specialising in Spinal cord, back injury etc)
  • Psychiatrists
  • Physiotherapist
  • Media relations officers
    etc
I will mostly be asking generic questions (rather than questions regarding specific case about senator except in opinion issues like backpain, reputation damage etc) regarding negative effects of pepper spray, potential injury from pushing someone against the floor, effects of spinal cord injury, treatment costs for back injury, emotional effects of being unnecessarily wrestled, reputational damage of violent arrest being broadcasted etc so there's no threat of perjury but these will be people who have been on payroll of the law firm...
Anyone interested tg me on great nepal please...

I know I'm probably shooting myself in the foot, but putting someone who can't be legally removed from office without a motion of no confidence as the head of a rules committee isn't really that smart.

In the judicial review case Ainin v. Commonwealth, 2014 [FED, SCA], the Supreme Court rules 3-0-2 that the motion to establish the organisation "PAFLA" as the Armed Forces of Aurentina is against current statutory law and therefore illegal, as statutory law is the highest form of legislation, and overrules uncodified secondary powers.

This case may be cited as precedent in the future.

I read it again, and I can't see any part of it that mentions that the PpT can be removed from office without a no-confidence vote.
