No. Pretty much everyone in the nation is religious, with a good 85% Christian, and Satanism, to put it simply, is not tolerated. Due to current constitutional protections of religious freedom, the law can't do anything... yet, but if you openly state you're Satanist, it's not going to end well, and whoever commits the crime won't get punished. Mass gatherings are pretty much banned because they're going to get mob stormed and the law won't do anything.
