If what you really care about is robots, maybe it's time to modify this proposal significantly? Maybe "declaration on the superiority of biological life" or something? Or maybe write a different proposal about regulating AI?

There's too many non-human nations in the WA for this to ever get off the ground, and even if there weren't, I think most Earth-based nations (Camtropia included) wouldn't support a resolution that essentially reads like a declaration of war against any alien species we might encounter.

When the SC passes a resolution, it is laying out a law or handing down a political position with its own voice. A letter from a member nation is a petition for change, not the bringing of it.

The intent is to indeed oppress, however it is intended to boost all humans regardless of current status into the upper status, making all of humanity a beacon of upper-middle class status, leaving only the robot sub servants oppressed.
