I'm going to echo everyone else's sentiments. If you're serious about this, carefully rewrite it from scratch without using ChatGPT, and then see how it goes from there.

Actually sunshine you’re wasting our time. We’re telling you what’s wrong with your draft and you’re not listening.

At the moment your draft is illegal for breaking rules 1(a), 1(b) and 1(c). Try and come back with something original, something you have written. That may take some time, involve a bit of research, a bit of hard work.

Personally, I think that’s a challenge beyond you at the moment.

Recommended reading would be the Security Council rules and Westinor's sticky may be of use too.

The locals here can be a little...direct, shall we say, but some of their criticisms are still valid. It's likely better to have a read of some previously successful proposals to get a feel for the Security council, research your topic and then write it.

It is a good first step to draft in this forum for feedback, though if you did use an AI to write this, I'd recommend against it as they do struggle writing anything that would be considered legal (and in my opinion would take the fun of creativity out of the writing process).

One of the issues with AI stuff is that it doesn't know anything. In particular, they can't generate text about the specifics of NationStates or Kampf Empire, because their models don't weigh that heavily enough to include it or simply don't have it in their seed data. This means they create nothing but a vague, noncommittal gesture at flaws in the target. Were these arguments written by a human, they would be entirely unconvincing.

You also still need to fix the current illegalities, particularly the usage of first-person perspective and not talking from the WA's perspective.
