Establishing, Improper Classifications obtained a few anti-fascist targets, which includes the complete demise of several newly formed but nevertheless shocking fascist regions, which included the notorious Vereinigte PreuBische Foderalistische Ag, which at first pursued and disrupted with undoubtedly innocent regions in order to hinder advancement and justice. Other parts of the world consist of the renowned Raxulan Empire, which at first Antifa has been scavenging for a while due to its ties with Nazis and Fascists.
 
Acknowledging both present and future operates intended to safeguard this council from those who deteriorate and subjugate others.
 
Hereby commends Improper Classifications.

IMPC is pretty cool, but I don't think he is quite ready for a C&C yet, and even if he was I don't think this draft has been in the oven long enough to prove that.

That said, if you still want to try and move forward with this draft either to improve your skill as a resolution writer or to try to come up with a draft that could convince people, I would suggest you do some deeper and more thorough research first. Look into some other operations that IMPC has been a part of; in my mind the ones that stick out most are his stealth operations in Pentarchia and Majestia, though that could just be recency bias Look into what organizations he is a part of and his involvement in them. If you are really serious about going through with this you could even consider reaching out for an interview to confirm that he is okay with a C&C and maybe get some more information on stuff he has done.

As I said previously though, I don't think IMPC is quite ready for a C&C. Don't let that discourage you though. IMPC has been quite a bit of a mover-and-shaker in gameplay lately, at least in my eyes, so you have many future operations to look forward to. Keep an eye on the things he does and keep a record of them, and maybe in a few months time you can come back with enough information for a compelling draft.

Don't be disheartened. It's a shame your target didn't appreciate your efforts, but it probably would be a better idea to have a read of the threads BBD mentioned and maybe hang around the forum a bit to see what kind of proposals pass and which don't. And take your time drafting, a good proposal can take some time adding to, researching and tweaking.

To be clear, I was in no way trying to put Vipper and IMPC on equal footing in terms of accomplishments on the anti-fascism front, I was merely responding to Henn's exact phrasing
