NOTING that the nation of Kalasparata has made several claims to new scientific discoveries and new feats of engineering. Some of these feats and discoveries include:
a) Creating another planet
b) Discovering a new dimension
c) Constructing rockets that travel at above the speed of light
d) Sending dogs to the centre of the earth
e) Dividing by zero
FURTHER NOTING the lack of credible information on the science behind these devices and feats,
REALIZES that these feats of engineering and discoveries are physically impossible under modern science and when the nation was asked to present its research and findings, these queries were rejected.
CONSIDERS that due to the impossibility of many of these projects and discoveries, clear referencing and explanations would be needed to physically prove the existence or feasibility of these claims.
FURTHER CONSIDERS that due to the repeated refusal of any references or scientific explanation to support these ventures, the claims are fraudulent and cannot be proven
RECOGNIZES that fraud is an indictable offence in many nations. The definition of fraud is "In the broadest sense, a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual." The nation of Kalasparata has attempted to decieve hundreds of nations on many different occasions through false claims and advertising in order to attract commercial and economic gain.
FURTHER NOTING Kalasparata's shocking treatment of prisoners which are in clear violation of human rights. After at first admitting these crimes to the world, the nation of Kalasparata then attempted to hide any evidence of these crimes after the implications such crimes would have were made clear.
HEREBY Condemns Kalasparata for fraud on a mass-scale and for blatant abuses of the rights of prisoners.
