Absolutely shameful resolution. If I didn't think the SC was self-serving, I certainly do now. The fact that it reached quorum says A LOT about the WA and the morass bureaucracy that operates it.

No, it shows how little Delegates know. You campaign for anything you’ll get quorum, as lohg as its marked legal

Delegates will do that. The problem lies with the institution that gives them the power to do so in the first place.

Liberations need to stay, because they're the only tangible power the SC has. Don't conflate actual Liberation resolutions with this pile of crap.
In=character, Kaboomlandia is a World Assembly member and abides by its resolutions. If this nation isn't in the WA, it's for practical reasons.

That's a tech suggestion that belongs in the Technical forum. That having been said, a wholesale removal of the Liberation function is not a discussion worth starting. If you have substantive, carefully constructed suggestions as to how the Liberation function could be improved then go for it.
