So you admit you have done plenty of condemnation worthy things. That is enough for everyone to vote this through. Admission of guilt is always a good thing.
Another person pointed out that he is not part of world assembly. If the world assembly condemns him, it is a way of showing political pressure against him. It might not have short term consequences but long term diplomatic ones will take effect.
To clarify, that admission is OOC only. IC-ly, we feel all our actions are fully justified.
