Description: The Security Council,
Relieved that the Liberation served its purpose against occupations by now-defunct invader organizations in the past couple of years,
Serving a reminder that the Liberation of Anarchy disallows the delegate from controlling the entry of nations into the region,
Noting that Anarchy currently has twelve regional officers assisting the delegate with controlling its borders, which was an impossibility when the Liberation of Anarchy was originally passed two years ago,
Believing that Anarchy is now more than capable of safely securing itself against invaders,
Concerned that continuing to disallow Anarchy from controlling nation entry will cause them to suffer more occupations in the future,
Desiring an Anarchy that is safer due to the actions of the native delegate and native community, without our intervention,
Convinced that the above is possible at present,
Hereby Repeals Security Council Resolution #135, "Liberate Anarchy"
The intent behind this is pretty simple. The region has been 'Warzone Anarchy' for a while. The native delegate has a lot of influence at the moment, though. If the lib is repealed, he can lock it up.
So, whether or not I end up going forward with this is pretty simple too. If it has native backing, I'll do it. If it doesn't, it goes in the trash.
EDIT: No native backing. In the trash.
