I'd suggest you speak to Misley or someone else prominent in TRF. Also, you can only Commend/Condemn a region so you'd have to change "The Red Fleet" to "The Internationale" (I think that's the region).

Line 2 is just simply wrong, My puppet was residing in that region for a few weeks, hearing only 1 or 2 messages per week.
The days of infamy is over for the GGR, therefore by focusing on the GGR for a commendation, you make the commendation absolutely baseless in content.

Also, fix the punctuation and grammatical error and while you're there, make the starting words more consistent, "HOWEVER" is the only starting word that isn't a noun, excluding the last line.

This happened well before the invasion of the GGR, and it's in their own space. Invading a region with an echo chamber is hardly commendable. It almost feels like this is a condemnation of the GGR instead.

Okay, forgive the brief threadjack for a moment. In the rulings compendium, the legal/illegal terms section states:

• Forums - legal unless it "plainly refers to the electronic entity"

If you're saying RMB doesn't plainly refer to the electronic entity... then I'm not quite sure what term would.

Acknowledging notable contributions by The Red Fleet to defending their allies and fighting fascism, including:

•coming to the aid of The Internationale after its founder was destroyed by an act of God in November 2013 and assisting with the successful re-establishment of its community in June 2014.

To be clear, I worked with Tuva on details of The Red Fleet's history and notable operations to help flesh out the original proposals and make them more robust, bringing it in line with previous Commendations and up to the quality expected by the SC for a Commendation.

I didn't want this to come across as a self-commend (as it's not, it was something Tuva presented of his own accord) so I asked him not to credit me in the proposal.
