I'm looking to repeal this god-awful mess for when it inevitably gets through thanks to the Lemmings.

Essentially, we are commending Vancouvia for being active in the W.A.

Active doing what? Approving illegal proposals? Please.

The people who approved that god-awful mess are also the same people who approved "Condemn the World Assembly" and, unsurprisingly, Vancouvia himself. Vancouvia also approved "Condemn the World Assembly", so god help me if he deserves a commendation.

Feel free to point out any errors, but as soon as I am finished writing this up I will go back to drafting recruitment telegrams for the next few hours until I get a few good responses. My first time, so please do tell me what I should do to fix this.

2. Indeed, it is questionable why he approves every single proposal. Just looking through the illegal proposals thread shows us a variety of proposals, quite a lot of which have Vancouvia's name on the approval list.
