This proposal can basically be summed up with the fact that if GA rules applied in the SC, this would be illegal for an ideological ban.

All together, it seems like you are trying to condemn TCB based on their political beliefs, which is something that I cannot support. There isn't a single reason given that makes an actual case for a condemnation besides the whole "Communism is evil" thing you've got going. Frankly, with a little research and decent phrasing a case can be made to condemn any region (not a good case in most, but still), however it seems as if none of the actual research went into this proposal.

We Are Not The NSA truly roasted the anti-commie. The basis of this condemnation is the same basis of the Cold War: "Big scary commies need to be taken down by us". This is a mockery of the WA.
