Noting that Bratislav is the founder of the International Freedom Alliance (IFA), co-founder of the International Freedom Coalition (IFC), and founder of the Atlas region,

Recognizing the time and effort put in by Bratislav with respect to maintaining and overseeing the IFA, IFC, and the Atlas region,

Further recognizing Bratislav’s diplomatic abilities to merge the IFA and the Western Coalition, forming the IFC,

Noting that the IFC is host to 50 nations, with the goal of promoting democratic values, encouraging consultation and cooperation on defense and security issues to prevent conflict, peaceful resolution of disputes, and protection of coalition members,

Applauding Bratislav’s dedication to the promotion of peace through the IFA, which has historically and presently accomplished its goals of peace, protection, and cooperation,

Realizes that diplomatic cooperation of the international community wards off conflict,

Believes that Bratislav’s leadership skills, dedication, commitment, and hard work ethic is worthy of recognition by the Council,

Hereby Commends Bratislav.

Seems good to me, although something tells me it needs an extra good deed or two to make it more eligible.

Did the said regions which Bratislav founded do any... "liberation" or acts that "rescue" or "re-open" regions that have been raided/conquered by hostile regions?

Unfortunately the region "Atlas" is not active in such affairs.
