Observing that this region is a haven for tyranny which threatens all free regions of the world with it's aggressive practices.
Alarmed by the aggressiveness of this rouge region, and the current populations both within the Black Riders and their puppet States.
Noting that the majority of regions which have nations in the WA are unprepared to deal with a coordinated assault by the black Riders therefore action by the WA to impede this threat is necessary.
Appalled by the disregard the Black Riders display towards nations exhibiting their right for self determination as enshrined in multiple WA resolutions.
Disgusted by the terrorist actions towards peaceful nations, and it’s blatant disregard for the principals of democracy.
Noting that this rouge region's only actions have been to overthrow regional governments, and institute puppet governments with recent examples of [region=Checkmate],[region=Ireland],[region=South Saint Paul],[region=Earth History],[region=Realm of Umbra], and the [region=United Nations of the World].
Observing that the WA must take action or more nations and regions shall defect to the Black Riders which undermines the basic structure of the WA. This will force all regions to become fortresses to maintain their independence which creates a atmosphere which is contrary to the principals of the WA.
Declaring that we of the Security Council herby condemn the Black Riders for their actions against international peace and security.
