Good. Very good. Would it be possible mention some how that our activity is damn fun too?

...and that TBR has provided "apopolitical" asylum for many haunted artists and free thinkers? ...and maybe line about how we often teach people take better care for their own regions and communities, which strictly speaking isn't activity we are obliged to do, but as gameplayer organisation we also do our part for cultivating people for benefits of whole R/D gameplay sphere.

How to word such points to good clauses, I have no Idea.

Can you give examples of the people we give political asylum to?

I had a line (or planned to have one, I don't remember) about how we teach how to secure regions, but it is too hard to say without referring to game mechanics. Plus, I'm trying to cut down on the number of phrases to save space. I settled for the second to last line mentioning increasing interest in regional security. I might add something, but I have to look up the character limit before I start.

This is starting to get trotted out more than a Security Council resolution to condemn or repeal a condemn on Nazi Europe!

I think that the strategy behind this is similar to a kid continually begging their parents for something, hoping they will finally give in to get a moment's peace. The correct response remains: Go to your room!

The only reason I submitted this is to try to keep something to remember TBR. For some, unknown reason, Condemn The Black Riders is being repealed. I don't understand the sudden move to try to erase everything that TBR was. The argument for repealing it is as bad as repealing condemn Macedon. The first Raiders have kept their condemnation, why isn't the most well known? Think of it as a memorial.

Besides, I spent a good 6 hours of work writing this, and and another several researching it, I might as well submit it one last time.

(I'm NSA, in case anyone is wondering)

What? Forgiven for what? What does this have to do with the proposal to Commend The Black Riders for their valuable contributions to gameplay?

I think that you should have added in a clause that the current leadership of The Black Riders (the region) was instrumental in liberating The Black Riders (the region) from The Black Riders (the raider group). That would get people to vote FOR it.
