NOTING that many flourishing states grant no political rights to their citizens to maintain order, and RECOGNIZING, that tat fact should not be treated like something horrible, but rather like something sane and natural.
NOTING, that Great Nepal has recently resigned from WA and does not have to abide by WA legislation anymore. That means, that their slave trade is not a crime now.
NOTING that all the accusations of Great Nepal are not reinforced by proofs and, because there are no proofs, should be treated like gossip and not like facts.
REALIZING that the nuclear and biological researches of the Great Nepal are useful for the advancement of science and thus should not be considered as a crime by the enlightened nations.
HEREBY Repeals the Condemnation of Great Nepal.
