NOTING that the purpose of a Condemantion is to express 'shock and dismay' at a nation or region,

BELIEVING that Nephmir's actions warrant shock and dismay,

APPALLED that Nephmir is pushing through abhorrent and useless proposals to the Security Council, likely in the interest of 'padding' Nephmir's own stats as a nation within the World Assembly.

BELIEVING such actions should not be allowed to continue, and such actions should be condemned by this Council.

NOTING Nephmir's actions in The Eternal Knights, however believing these are not condemnable in the same regard of Nephmir's actions in the Security Council.

HEREBY CONDEMNS Nephmir

It's no surprise to anyone that Nephmir would have something against both Halcones and Lazarus. That's fine, I get his reason.

The idea that one could push forth a condemnation of someone who the worlds knows they clearly have issues against is almost the same as the self-commendation. If there is a personal interest in a C/C proposal, such as condemning a foe or commending a region-mate, I don't believe it should even see the light of day.

I have nothing against Halcones personally. In fact, I cannot even think of an instance in which Halcones and I have interacted, beyond a couple telegram conversations.
