Please, list some achievements and contributions of Inca Empire (that the global community should care about) in a reply. Nothing in the current draft is commendation-worthy.

You could add a clause that grants us all immortality, and promises to pay us all twenty bucks if we vote for it. It still isn't going to pass, as he has done nothing commendable.....

Sure... I'm still not done. I bet you he might have done something commendable. Please vote for it. He helped prevent an entire region from extinction. That is commendation worthy if you ask me.

Maybe you should actually fucking listen to people who take time out of their day to comment on your resolution. Then this wouldn't have been submitted in the first place.
