Noting the reputation of The Republic of Govinda is a fair and just owner of regional IRC’s.
Acknowledging that Govindia puts up with a lot of trolling and deals with it bravely while he himself always stays within the bounds of the law.
Recognizing the extreme amounts of respect Govindia has towards females.
Aware of Govindia’s many contributions to The East Pacific including:
The annoying of General [nation=short]Xoriet[/nation] to allow him into The East Pacific Sovereign Army
The contributions to The East Pacific Roleplays.
The wonderful contributions Govindia has made to The East Pacific’s culture including the much valued advise and friendship he offers to all citizens and nation of The East Pacific.
Believing Govindia to be a positive influence on the entire world.
