We know that it says on the Passed WA proposals the date of which a resolution is passed, but would using it in a repeal or resolution make it a RL violation?

Dates by themselves are not illegal. They've been done numerous times in SC resolutions. However, calling Christmas a "holiday" would be illegal, like this author did here: http://www.nationstates.net/page=UN_vie ... 1396686247

I voted for.

The natives requested this, so who are we to stand in their way?
Just some weeb.

Even if dates may differ, the feelings of the natives stay the same.
I vote for, if the natives wish it then it should be passed.

Exactly. It is THEIR region, who are we to go against their wishes?

If the elected delegate of the South Pacific states that he is in support of its removal, there is no reason to stand in opposition to this legislation. Especially regarding the harm it causes to the culture of the South Pacific (according to the delegate).

Still, I feel as if the point is now moot, as the vote is currently passing with ~91% approval.

[Also, it is silly to pretend that there is still a threat if a threat no longer exists. Some of the opposition arguments revolve around whether or not there will be future attacks. It seems that, for now, this legislation should be passed and any new threat that may arise will be dealt with later (possibly with the passage of another piece of legislation to Liberate the South Pacific, if need be).]

If the natives want it then I don't see why not.
