The proposal is very contradictory one example is that it says nazi europe "is not a military threat". But is a "threat to interregional peace". Another is it says that nazi europe is "eroding from the inside" but is yet implies that nazi europe is a feared stronghold.

Poorly written, shouldnt pass, and the only reason it will is because as has been said many times "nations hate nazis"
