If that was the case, they went a bit above and beyond since I got a TG requesting approval. I instead sent them a response-TG voicing my concerns about illegality.

I also suggested drafting a new version of the proposal on this forum. We'll see if they listen to that suggestion.

Just drifting... we would like to tell all those legislators who we tend to stay away from so that they won't be inspired to write anti-homeless laws... that we support the movement to Liberate Haven. As a wanderer we like to drift from one region to the next, only stay a couple days; and regions that have a password to get in really chaps our khakis. Or... the remains of our khakis. We should liberate ever region that has a password on it; for the good of hobos like me.

Dear nation of intelligent bears...indeed we were only founded yesterday, but if you will look at our history we have in fact visited a lot of regions, have been banned form at least four of them, and have encountered passworded regions in a number of them. OBSERVING the outrageous decision of Haven to invade “Union of the Snake” via seizing the region’s delegacy with their own WA nations, a founderless region allied with NAZI EUROPE simply in a petty attempt to make the innocent members of this region and the members of NAZI EUROPE suffer,
