Seems to me the proposal actually did make a cogent argument against the Liberation, it actually did state that the resolution is repealed ("we" meaning the SC, repealing the resolution), and the "player behind" business is the national pretitle, which is automatically generated by the game engine when you link to a nation. Can the author help what a player puts in his pretitle?

If not then that is a bloody brilliant way of preventing repeals of commendations/condemnations

The proposal violated Rule 2(d) by failing to adequately address the contents of the resolution it was repealing. It violated Rule 3 by trying to do more than a repeal can do, by acting as a proxy Commendation/recruiting attempt for Antifa and also by failing to include a valid operative clause - it should be "Hereby Repeals" not be "repealing". It violated Rule 4 by making reference to real-world ideologies (Nazism) with explaining how they apply in NationStates in terms of actions, policies or attributes of nations/regions.

The "player behind" bit was not relevant to its deletion.

This sits more in Silly than Illegal, as the arguments are fairly petty (i.e. the repeals, the fact that he has not replaced any of his repealed resolutions): one is part of WA life, the other is not a necessity.
