Description: Section I: The expansion of nuclear technology is increasing in our societies, regions, and countries, and with that newfound technology comes nuclear weaponry. As it has been demonstrated by countries in the past, these nuclear missles and bombs are a very serious threat to mankind and its survival in the following years. We only worsen the problem with more nuclear testing grounds to test our bombs, which harm the enviroment greatly, and, in the event of a conflict, nuclear war is almost confirmed between warring countries. By taking down nuclear missles and missle silos, we will be saving billions of lives.

Section II: In the event that this proposal is signed into international law, all countries with a nuclear weaponry program will begin the process of taking down the program immediately.

Section III: There is a list of offenses that are listing in order according to severity below:

1st Offense: If a country is caught with a functioning nuclear weaponry program after being instructed to remove it will be fined and their government will lightly suffer.

2nd Offense: If said country is caught again with even remnants of the nuclear weaponry, it will be fined once more and their government will mildly suffer.

3rd Offense: If said country is caught a third time with illegal nuclear weaponry, their government will be fined to the point where it is on the brink of failure. If the country is a WA member, their membership will be revoked for a period of time.

Section IV: With hopes for the future, The Republic of Sevastipol presents the Suspension of Nuclear Weaponry proposal and hopes that this proposal will be able to change the future of nationstates.

Section V: Upon passage, this proposal will go into effect immediately.
