DL, 91 seats, centre-right party. A social-conservative, fiscal-conservative party, the DL counts both the president and the prime-minister among its members.

Socialist and Republican Alliance
SRA, 85 seats, centre-left party. The Alliance was found after the former Social-Democratic Party and the Republican Party, who had been in power for many years together, were defeated by the DL, a new party at the time. The SRA is moderate on social issues and fiscally conservative in moderation. It has been in one coalition or another with the DL for over 30 years.

Opposition Parties, according to amount of seats

New Empire Party
NEP, 36 seats. Centre Right Party that advocates the return of the imperial house of Lambda Roos. Known for lots of in-fighting as some members of the imperial house consider the party to benifit the republic by existing.

Communist Party
CP, 28 seats. Once a party to be reckoned with and sometimes even in government, the Communist Party is slowly declining and commands little sympathy among young voters. In recent years, the teachings of Marx and Lenin have become a less central tenant of the CP. Social conservative.

Liberal Democratic Party
LDP, 21 seats, centrist party. The LDP is characterised by its incessant pleas for more and better democratic oversight. It is fiscally conservative and socially permissive.

Mother Yrsia
This 13 seats strong opposition party advocates regional autonomy for the eastern part of Lambda Roos. By some considered right by far and by most considered far right.

Conservatives, Green Party, United Clans, Tribal Party, Republican Lyking Army
respectively 9, 6, 5, 4, and 2 seats strong, these are local parties from the north, generally supported by just one or two clans. They are all secessionist, and are all ignored by the national. The RLA might get prohibited for inciting violence.

[Libertine Worlds]

While there aren't political parties in the normal sense of the word in Libertine Worlds, there are loose factions in the Confederate Senate. The lack of political parties is mainly attributed to restrictive term limits on most elected offices, reducing the need to network with others for large periods.

Listed from largest to smallest:

Libertarian Faction- The Libertarian Faction comprises the majority of the Senate, and generally safeguards the libertarian status quo and libertarian Constitution. The Libertarian Faction has widespread support amongst both humans and Orasians.

Orasian Religious Faction- Before Orasians were first contacted by the human colonists on Libertina, their entire society was based on tribalism and warring monotheistic religious factions, but after being introduced to empirical thinking and democracy by the humans, most Orasians adopted the human conventions. The only large religion left was the worship of the Destructor and the end of the universe, and practically all religious Orasians converted to it. The Orasian Religious Faction is a loud, and angry, minority that wants a return to Orasian independence and to establish a central Orasian religion to worship the Destructor.

Liberal Faction- The Liberal Faction is mostly human in numbers, and supports a greater role for government in the lives of the Confederacy's citizens. The ideology of the Liberals ranges from traditional "New Deal" liberalism to outright socialism, and there is much infighting between them.

Human Nationalist Faction- The Human Nationalists are a very small cell that supports a nationalist, almost Stalinist, agenda advocating the eradication or enslavement of the ORasians in favor of human superiority.

There at the current time three political parties in Phillippanoa that run for positions in the Senate (the lower house of parliment).

PLP - People's Liberal Party
This party is left-wing and generally comes second to the DUP. It is thanks to the PLP that the people of Phillippanoa have so much political freedom

DUP - Democratic Union Party
This party is centre-right wing and is the most popular party. Because of its popularity there has only been one referendum to change the government, but it failed

NP - Nationalist Party
The NP has held 1 - 3% of the seats in the Senate during the past few years. They aim to split Phillippanoa into the countries that were united 1000 years ago.

The Fascist Democratic Party is the current ruling party of Radictistan, holding both the elected House of Delegates and by a smaller margin the hereditary House of Peers. It is a Center-Right party which supports a mixed economy, an assertive but not overly interventionist foreign policy, and a powerful military. However, is tradditionally seen as weak on crime. The FDP is led by Prime Minister Zahir Radicleb.

The Liberal Democratic Party is the main opposition party in the House of Delegates. It favors more social spending and a tightly regulated economy. The party platform makes little note of foreign policy compared to the other parties but generally opposes spending on "offensive" weapons, preferring that the Radictistani military remain a purely defensive force. The LDP is led by Decebal Krat.

The National Conservate Party is Radictistan's far-right party. It is the party of "Law and Order," strict immigration controls, and social conservatism. Its political advertising often espouse xenophobic and ethnocentric views. The NCP is led by Lord Rialden, a wealthy business mogul who owns the Radicitstan Patriotic Daily.

The Labor Party of Radictistan is the main far-left party. Its platform calls for the nationalization of most major industries as well as the wider social net demanded by the LDP. Like the National Conservatives, the LPR has no realistic chance of taking over the government. The party is led by Stephen Poulter.

There is only one current party and it is called the Hulk land Party. It can beleive what ever it wants it has no ofical standing.

Communist Party of Das Ganze Europa (CPDGE): The Communist party is not as extreme as most other communist parties in other counties, but they are the leftest political party in DGE. They belive that all industry in DGE should be nationalised, and to add more public services they get most votes in the South-Eastern part of DGE.

Socalist Party of Das Ganze Europa (SPDGE): The Socalist party belives the same as the communist party, only buisness should be regualted more tightly instead of being totally nationalised. they get the most votes in the southern part in DGE.

Liberal Democratic Party (LDP): The party currently ruling in DGE,it is Centre-Left, they belive in Funding public services, althought not as much as the CPDGE or SPDGE, and they will fund buisness that are in decline or that are vital to DGE. they get the most votes in the East-Western and Central DGE.

Conservative Party (CP): The Conservative Party is Centre-Right, they belive in cutting some public services, and they have an isolationist forign poilicy. they get most votes in south-Western DGE.

Facist Party of Das Ganze Europa (FPDGE): The Facist Party of Das Ganze Europa belives in total abolishment in all public services, a laissez-faire approch to buisness and Getting rid of polictal freedoms.

National Socialist Party of Das Ganze Europa (NSDGE): The National Socialist party of Das Ganze Europa belives in expanding public services, but only for those who can prove that they are born in the county and are of "pure creed", any other race will have their citizenship revoked and deported back to their home country, or even worse, exterminated. Nationalising all forms of media and industry. the NSDGE does not get many voes, and many people want the party disbanded.

More of a organization they have a permanent seat in the Senate, Congress, and Parliament. They believe that the theocracy of the Old Kingdom should be rebuilt and have complete control over every aspect of the kingdom's life. They base every vote on the writings of Carlos de Montiqust and Baron Henry of Trey.

The Environmentalist for a Greener Furture

An extremist group that only builds around the ideals of a "green" future and plan nothing on healthcare, military, or anything that does not affect the environment.

[Tirkana]

Politics of Tirkana takes place in a framework of a presidential representative democratic republic, whereby the President of Tirkana is both head of state and head of government, and of a multi-party system. Executive power is exercised by the government. Legislative power is vested in both the government and the National Assembly. Currently, the ruling party is the Tirkana Republican Party, which, despite the name, is a left wing nationalist organization. Formed in 1960 after the abdication of the Crown Prince, the TRP has been dedicated to preserving Tirkana's environment and promoting strict neutrality for the country.

Elections are held every four years. Tirkana employs a multi-party system, with the other three parties consisting of:

National Labor Front: A heavily socialist organization, very popular in the industrial north of the country.

Principiat: Formerly a Principality, this Tirkanese party seeks to re-instate the ousted Crown Prince (or one of his bloodline) and return to the old ways. Politically Conservative, the party is strict on immigration and is pro-industry. This party tends to be popular with the older population.

Tirkanese Union Party: Seen as a "happy medium" between the Tirkana Republic Party and Principiat. Whilst maintaining a pro-industry stance, the Unionists actively pursue a more international role for Tirkana.

[Tadao]

In Tadao, the entire population is made up of ninjas, as such the political changes in Tadao are based,. not on the voting of the masses, but by assassinating the current warlord.
Over the past 30 years, there have been 4 warlords each with their own methods of dealing with internal and external affairs. The first two warlords were against Tadao having much of an economy and were fairly left-wing leaders although they disagreed on foreign policy, the first one insisted that invading other countries would increase his power whilst the second wished to keep anyone from other countries out. The third warlord insisted that it would be good to bring Tadao into the modern age with more technology and a better economy, he ruled for 14 years before being overthrown by the latest warlord, as of yet it is unknown how he will rule.

[Democratic Eurasia]

From left to right:

The New Communist party (marxist)- not very popular, but always with at least one or two delegates in Parliament. Not provided any premiers since the communist dictatorship collapsed and is currently one of the smaller parliamentary parties. (2 seats)

The Green-Socialist Front- very popular. A union of the socialist and green parties. Has been in power for most of the time since democracy was introduced and is currently the second largest party in parliament (The official Opposition). (63 seats)

The Liberal Movement of Eurasia- moderately popular, but often overshadowed by the GSF with whom is has formed two coalitions. (22)

The Centrist Party- very popular. Has often played second fiddle to the GSF and been the Opposition quite a lot- but has also provided two premiers including the current President, Ivalyo Borshov. Also the largest in parliament but only by a small margin. (72 seats)

Conservative Party- some popularity. The main right-wing party. Third largest in parliament. Has never been in power, but has been the Opposition as several points. (37 seats)

Nationist Alliance- not very popular. Often the smallest main party in parliament, but always there with at least one delegate. (1 seat)

There are also various independents and single-issue parties that come and go. (3 seats)

Parliament has 200 seats voted in on a proportional representation basis (and Presidents are elected in seperate, direct elections following a possibly unique STV system. Presidents are only head of state, but they some authority over judicial and foriegn affairs. And, parliament's approval, appoint a PM who is in head of government. The current PM is Boris Lissenev. The head of opposition chairs parliament, currently the GSF leader Adrej Gravuk).

[Tiesabre]

Magi Party: The largest political party, makes up 46% of Parliament. Stands for the advancement of the Magi way and the minimization of outside influences and technology. Takes a firm stand against big business and is well-known for its defense of the common citizen. Known for its great concern for the protection of the environment as well. Both of the nation's leaders are members of the party. The Magi Party has managed to keep slim majority in Parliament for the past 237 years. The Magi Party currently holds 71 seats in the 155-seat Parliament.

National Advancement Party or NAP: Second largest party in Tiesabre with 44% control of the parliament. Militaristic in its ways known for supporting sweeping gun increased gun ownership legislation. Driving force behind Tiesabre's massive Defense budget. Known for supporting big business. NAP currently holds 68 seats in the 155-seat Parliament.

Liberation Party: The last and smallest of Tiesabre's parties with a 10% representation in the parliament. A radical party it tends to act as a tiebreaker between the constantly warring Magi and NAP parties. It favors the complete isolation of Tiesabre from the outside world and the repeal of government regulatory laws on businesses. The Liberation Party currently holds 16 seats in the 155-seat Parliament.

[Padullahstan]

United Padullahstan - The only legal party in the nation, after making all opposition illegal 5 years ago when the current president assumed power. Promotes relatively Centrist beliefs, but strongly supports businesses, defense, and intervensionism. Holds all 111 Seats in Parliament.

[Marlencom]

The Communist Party of Maerlencom is the only party in the country. All other parties are banned by law.

The Libertarian Party The political platform of the Libertarian Party reflects that group's particular brand of libertarianism, favoring minimally regulated, laissez-faire markets, strong civil liberties, minimally regulated migration across borders, and non-interventionism in foreign policy that respects freedom of trade and travel to all foreign countries.

The Conservative Party Conservatives emphasize the role of free market decision making in fostering economic prosperity. They favor laissez-faire free markets, economic liberty, fiscal conservatism, personal responsibility, and policies supporting business.

The Centrist Party The Centrist Party occupies a political position which attempts to transcend left-wing and right-wing politics by advocating a mix of some left-wing and right-wing policies. The Centrist Party approaches are commonly viewed as representing a centrist compromise between capitalism and socialism, or between market liberalism and democratic socialism.

The Liberal Party Historically, the party has favored farmers, laborers, labor unions, and religious and ethnic minorities; it has opposed unregulated business and finance, and favored progressive income taxes. In foreign policy, internationalism (including interventionism) was a dominant theme.

The Statist Party The Statist Party is described as a communist party includes those that advocate the application of the social principles of communism through a communist form of government.

[Gynocracy]

There are three political parties represented in the National Assembly of Gynocracy.

The governing party at present (a General Election is in progress) is the Gynocrat Party. It stands for low taxes, a strong defence policy, a tough line on law and order, and as little government spending as possible. It is also currently attempting to improve the status of males within the country whom it feels are currently discriminated against in many areas of life.

The main opposition party is the Feminist Alliance. That stands for higher taxes, cuts in defence, a more liberal line on law and order, and higher government spending. It is currently campaigning to have the status of males put on the same basis as those of females.

The third party is the Vixens. It stands for the abolition of all taxes, a strong defence policy, a tougher line on law and order than the government's, and what it calls 'directed' government spending. It is currently campaigning to reduce the present status of males within Gynocracy to the position of slaves, its election slogan being 'Enslave the Males!'
