Rules and Regulations Regarding Embassies in IngliHaShem.
1. Diplomatic Immunity is extended to the Head of the Mission and Deputies.
2. The established embassy cannot be entered by the IngliHaShemese Government, arrest its officers, or officials unless permission is given by the Lord Chancellor of IngliHaShem, Melech or other Royals.
3. No weapons other than assault rifles are allowed or required for the sending nations security forces.
4. If an embassy is to hire locally then the laws and regulations set forth by the HM Employment Department are to be followed for local employees. This includes but is not limited to minimum wage, work hours, and length of leave.
5. In the use of "diplomatic bags" and diplomatic couriers they are granted diplomatic immunity of search and seizure and detainment and arrest while on official duty unless immunity is waived by the Melech. Once the duty of the courier is done their diplomatic immunity status is removed.
6. Embassy staff is to number no more than 500 and security staff may not number more than 50% of the embassy staff. This means you can have an embassy with a staff of 500 and a security staff of 250 totalling 750 on staff.
7. While on official business such as meetings with the Melech or other government officials the ambassador may request an escort of National police to ensure they are not kept from their duties.
8. The vehicle limit is 30 cars of any type with the exception of military grade and style, 2 helicopter and 1 fixed wing plane.
9. Fixed wing planes will be kept at the Diplomatic Airport, all other vehicles may be kept at the embassy if there is sufficient room.
