Official Senate Message of Latnya

Noble Allies of the World,


We the senate of Latnya, wish to formally invite you all to our newly opened diplomatic center. In this new center you will send official communiqués of varying importance for the Latnian government. This center will also replace are embassy program and this is where, if you so choose, to send your ambassadors for diplomatic meetings. This center will act as a housing complex for all ambassadors with no plans for housing elsewhere and if said ambassador has housing other where this will be his/her office.

As previously stated this is where you shall send messages of varying importance, from requesting help in a conflict to trade deals and alliance proposals. All messages should state the sender and intended receiver if you have one in mind. No improved messages will be received or read. All messages deemed worthy shall be responded to with due haste; we also wish you state the importance of the message in your communiqué to increase efficiency.

As stated previously this will be replacing our embassy program. While this center will in fact be made up of multiple different buildings there will be one central building. This is also were, as previously stated, diplomatic meetings will be held. No weapons of any kind are allowed in or around the buildings premises nor foreign armed guard; foreign foods, music, television and other cultural items shall be accommodated for the ambassador, but we hope you list such things he/she likes or dislikes to make his/her stay more comfortable. There will also be a map of the city, province and country available in the main building.

The nation not engaged in war/hostilities with an alliance nation of yours may remain neutral.
  
  2. The nations of the alliance hereby proclaim that free trade and open economic relations is permitted and encouraged, perhaps even in place between the respective nations. As such, all tariffs or taxes on each others goods shall hereby be removed. Regulations on each others trade shall only be imposed with the others consent. Each side has free access to each others' ports and dockyards.
