HISTORY OF PRESIDENTS AND AN IDEA AS TO HOW THE GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN RUN

Post-Founding Period (1861 A.D. - 1900 A.D.) Wild-West Type Economy, civil rights boosted, political rights suspended.

1. Fashionable Advisory Right-Wing President and Founding Father David Willis: 1861 - 1871 A.D. (After winning the war for Independence from the Socialist Dictatorship of Fashionland; Fashionlandese people sought out refuge, they came to this Continent in Search of New Beginnings, David Willis played the room of a Dictator in his first 2 years just to bring about his vision of what the new Nation should look like, after those years he loosen up allowing his vision to take root and spread it’s wings, then in his final year he decided that his work has done and pre-endorsed R Kelly as his candidate in next year’s election.)
2. Fashionable Advisory Right-Wing President R. Kelly: 1871 - 1875 A.D. (After following in the Footsteps of President Willis he won the election in a Landslide Victory and his opponent Michael Vick almost caused the Liberal Puravidist Party to be Ousted.)
3. Liberal Puravidist President Charlie Daniels: 1876 - 1880 A.D.
4. Fashionable Advisory Right-Wing President Alexander Emerick Jones: 1881 - 1885 A.D.

(Tim Teebo’s son gets drafted to the National Football Dossier and Tim Teebo resigns to be at all of his son’s games, after this event tension between the Fashionable Advisory and the Liberal Puravidist parties caused the destruction of the Fashionable Advisory Party which effectively ended the Post-Founding Period as a wave of Non-Fashionable Puravidist began rioting Department Stores which brought the Oxford Congress to pass a Bill which closed all Department stores for a period of 2 years.)

Liberal Puravidist Reign Period (1900 A.D. - 1918 A.D.) Clothing sales decline putting hole in economy, civil rights faltering, political rights boosted.

1. Liberal Puravidist President Terrell Owens: 1901 - 1910 A.D. (Assassinated by hit men of Liberal Puravidist Opponent Peyton Manning, this caused inter-party warfare which temporarily destroyed the Liberal Puravidist party after the Military was called in to open fire on a crowd fighting each other with sticks and rocks on the street. This would become known as the battle of No More Puravida. After this event, a new President was still needed so I. Wayne from the Reformed Fashion Party Right stepped up.)
2. Reformed Fashion Party President I Wayne: 1910 – 1911 A.D. (He had begun putting into place new laws that would effectively reverse the policies put in place to close the Department Stores behind the scenes but he was betrayed by a member of his Cabinet who revealed plans to the Liberal Puravidist – by then reformed – they got together a band of armed men and charged I Wayne’s private Residence in early 1911 however security was able to thwart that assault after 56min, 34secs of Gun fire. After that point the Reformed Fashion Party had began plans to start a Civil War RFP versus LPP however after the Departmental Bureau of Investigation discovered these plans they had planned to raid the RFP head-quarters, however, I Wayne discovered these plans and went to talk directly to the Reformed Fashion Party leaders and convinced them to stand down. Now around this time Sniper Rifle development had begun to boom Worldwide, so one of the first Sniper Rifles Steiner & Son made was used to assassinate I Wayne while he was trying to get a Chicken Wing from a La Polio Vida stand.)
3. Liberal Puravidist President Kilpatrick Stockton: 1911 – 1911 A.D. (The Reformed Fashion Party decided that it would respect the last wishes of I Wayne so it stood down and decided not to kill Stockton, however, they would give him hell, every time he would leave his Office they would follow him and yell at him about issues to try and drive him mad everywhere he went. He drove his car off a cliff that year.)
4. Liberal Puravidist President John Reid: 1911 – 1912 A.D. (Also committed suicide because of Reformed Fashion Party harassment.)
5. Liberal Puravidist President Tim Briggs: 1912 – 1915 A.D. (Being a decorated War Veteran he never caved in to pressure until the Reformed Fashion Party realised he had Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, so one day while he was walking with a group of Body Guards the RFP popped a massive firecracker in front of him, he punched his body guard, stole his weapon and began firing on innocent civilians around him, his body guards where forced to shoot him 15 times before he finally dropped to his knees saying: “Jocelyn, I’m coming home!”)
6. Reformed Fashion Party President Louis Prescott: 1915 – 1918 A.D. (Finally reversed the Liberal’s tyrannical hatred of Fashion and brought Department Stores back to the Pride and Joy of Fashiontopia, effectively ending the 18-year decline of Fashion.)

Economical Fashion Revival Period (1918 A.D. - 1939 A.D.) Economic rights spreading, civil rights boosted and political rights dieing rapidly.

1. Reformed Fashion Party President Joseph Bonsall: 1919 - 1923 A.D. (The Twenties had begun, Fashion was back booming, and Joseph Bonsall was the talk of the Nation, he drove the ladies crazy with his charm, charisma, and flowing shiny black hair, he was a pioneer of Dance Clubbing after his term was over. He began a chain of Dance Clubs, which became very prominent.)
2. Spiritual Reform Party President Anna Vogel: 1924 - 1928 A.D. (The First Female President of Fashiontopia, if she didn’t do anything else in her administration she did this much, she kept her entire staff body guards included in Church and in 1927 she ordered Congress to come up with a Bill to effectively fuse the Church and State which would begin flooding in new bills and proposals which would change the Government over to a Ten Commandments system.)
3. Spiritual Reform Party President Jorel Malone: 1929 - 1933 A.D.
4. Reformed Liberal Party Fernando Bertrand: 1934 - 1939 A.D. (Economic crisis and spiralling inflation causes riots and gun fights, Reformed Liberal Party is ousted in no-confidence vote, Military and Police impose temporary martial law.)

Martial Law Period (1939 A.D. - 1950 A.D.) Military rule and 10 Year War, civil and political rights suspended, suppressing dissent.

1. General Condo Palatial: 1939 - 1949 A.D. (In 1939 the Government declared Martial Law and the people immediately began fighting it, by 1940 it became a full scale war however the Military was not prepared to deal with such a desperate opposition. The Citizens Militias capitalised an estimated 125% to the unprepared ness; and after 10 long brutal, bloody, brawny attrition, the Military surrendered and the only ones still alive to surrender still came out with broken legs, contusions, and missing limps. Peaces of Fashion Period (1951 A.D. - 1961 A.D.), Fashiontopia’s Dance Clubs go viral and civil liberties expand at one mile per minute.

1. New Conservative Coalition President Stewart Kroger: 1950 – 1954 A.D. (Vetoes every bill that came to him which stopped any hope of progress in his entire administration, outrage began to mount against him just as the end of his administration came.)
2. Leftist Partygoer Association President Vance Minchin: 1955 – 1959 A.D.
3. Leftist Party-Goer Association President Nick Seiyay: 1960 – 1961 A.D. (Minchin’s assassination was staged 3 months before the end of his administration to allow Nick Seiyay to come in and take over, however his stunt was discovered and he was impeached, months afterwards he would be tried and sent to death row.)

Gargantuan Growth and Current Times Period (1962 - Present)
Economy becomes strong, civil liberties go viral, political freedoms shrivel up.

1. New Conservative Party President Gorton Daniels: 1962 - 1966 A.D. (During his administration the New Conservative Party and the Spiritual Reform Party fuse to form the Christian Conservative Party which quickly swept Congress by storm, in 1965 the Congress was disband and a larger more representative house of seats called Legislature was formed. Also, in 1962 his first year in Office, he declared War on La Bain but later changed the plot to Annexation.)
2. Leftist Partygoers Association President Jack Anderson: 1967 - 1971 A.D. (Following the Christian Conservatives a merger was needed, the Leftist Party-Goers Association and the Fashiontopians for a better Fashiontopia party merged under name United Party-Goers Party. Anderson inherited the Annexation of La Bain from his Predecessor, Anderson ordered the La Bainian Government to be crushed within the year and before that year was over it was crushed according to his wishes. Together with his Administration and Legislature they incorporated La Bain in to the system.)
3. Christian Conservative Party President Ferris Strokes: 1972 - 1976 A.D.
4. Christian Conservative Party President Rhonda Patterson: 1977 - 1981 A.D.

(in 1983 as promised she had some one write a Bill that would effectively eliminate Leash-Laws which allow all Dogs and Cats to roam freely amongst the ranks of Humans without the need of Leashes. 7. Post-Tyranny Reform Party President Chris Redman: 1992 – 1996 A.D.
8. United Party-Goers Party President Adrian Rice: 1997 – 2001 A.D. (Celebrating 100 years since Terrell Owens’ Administration in his last year in office caused protests all year long instead of celebration, as Adrian Rice was leaving the Presidential Compound for the last time he was egged at his front door, this paved the way for a massive victory for the Christian Conservatives at the next election.)
9. Christian Conservative Party President Tony Romo: 2002 – 2006 A.D. (After the United Party-Goers Party was ousted before the election it suffered a horrible defeat at the 2001 Election, almost the entire Legislature was surrendered to the Christian Conservatives.)
10. Christian Conservative Party President Dimitri Nance: 2007 A.D. – Present (2010) (Legislature’s Christian Conservative Legislature made a huge mistake toward the end of the Romo Administration, at this election in all areas but the Presidency major ground was lost for the Christian Conservatives. Even though they kept the Majority, they will still most likely loose the majority at the 2011 election. Dimitri Nance however does not have to worry much.)

THINGS TOURISTS PROBABLY WANT TO KNOW...

Districts of Fashiontopia

1. Central District
2. Eastern District
3. Far West District

Central District is either one of two things, on the outskirts especially for miles around Anakin there is a largely populated Urban Area. However, once you drive away from the city you find the largest deposit of Rural Areas in the entire Country. In the most rural of areas there are forests and farms for miles in all directions. As you come toward the border of Central and the State of Far West, it starts getting partially urban again. The rural and western areas are also the home of a vast variety of Wildlife, which is effectively dominated by the Liger. The Capital of Central is the City of Zene.

Eastern District is the smallest district in continental Fashiontopia. The State of East, is mostly Commercial, and is mostly Suburban, it does not have a very large City therefore does not have one of the Major Cities of Fashiontopia (as opposed to Northeastern which has both Wikus van de Merve and Orton). The Capital city of Franci is very old, and has recently undergone demolition of old, battered buildings and the building of new more Modern style buildings.

Far West District is the main place of Casinos in Fashiontopia, it also hosts a wide-variety of events including being the leading district in the High School Football Leagues. Being the holder of one of the Major Cities of Fashiontopia; LaPagila, it has a sizable population. The Capital, Chapelle contains an overwhelming degree of Gang related violence and has called on the Police Force of Fashiontopia to serve permanent income taxes in full force.

Thousand Islands District is made up of all the Islands of Fashiontopia. These Islands are all very different from each other, therefore the District of Islands is not one set thing. One of the Islands contains a Military Base, another has a Shipyard which is the largest builder of non-military ships in Fashiontopia. Meringue, the Capital of Islands has a large population but is not considered to be a Major city of Fashiontopia.

Northeastern District the most highly populated district of Fashiontopia. The district of Northeastern is the main district of fashion. The City of Wikus van de Merve which is the Largest and most Highly Populated city in Fashiontopia is also world known for being a beam of light on the Fashion Industry, it also contains casinos, Internationally known Hotels and Resorts, and other attractions including "The Standard" Theme Park. Whereas, the City of Orton is a city of Commerce, it is world known for it's large inventory of Vertical Apartment buildings which are some of the tallest Apartments around. The Capital City of Lucas is known for it's Coffee and Lobster catching skills, in it's western parts away from shore there are a plethora of competing Coffee Factories which compete to produce the best tasting Coffee for the lowest prices possible. Due to this Coffee can be found in just about any store you go in, in the State of Northwestern.

Southern District is a district where the majority of people are of the Privatist Party. It contains no Major Cities but does contain the largest inventory of places of worship in Fashiontopia. In the District of South it is legal (MORE TO BE ADDED)

THE MILITARY and LAW ENFORCEMENT OF FASHIONTOPIA

LAW ENFORCEMENT

The Libertatem of Fashiontopia maintains a small but effective law enforcement contingent that handles domestic law enforcement, and domestic intelligence. Due to budgetary constraints of law enforcement departments, many are dependent upon links to other departments and commercial entities. The Fashiontopian Government maintains a largely ‘War-On-Crime’ approach to crime so it strictly enforces most laws except the ones that are victimless, so small crimes such as piracy, prostitution, noise ordinance, and public indecency are more-or-less placed on the back-burner. Therefore, only serious crimes such as rape, assault, murder, fraud, hacking, smuggling, and corruption are investigated heavily. Fashiontopia's law enforcement divisions strictly adhere to human rights regulations when investigating crimes and prosecuting criminals. Fashiontopia handles its judiciary system, which is divided into Civil Courts (dealing with civil issues like divorce etc), District Courts (minor crimes such as theft and assault), and The High Court (serious crimes like fraud, murder), then the Supreme Court which of course interprets the law of the land.

The Government of The Libertatem of Fashiontopia is in two parts for national governance. There is an upper house which contains the national level government called the Upper Structure. This is where the overall Executive, Judicial and Parliamentary bodies lay, it is home to the President of Fashiontopia (the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces), the highest Court, and the highest bodies of Parliament the National House and Senate.

The President en Masse makes decisions based on the overall direction of the nation and armed forces and can make changes in each district. The President en Masse has supreme rule of the Executive Branch of Government, he/she can influence the Parliament, appoint Supreme Court Justices, etc. Each District however, has it's own Adjutant President which is elected by the corresponding District. Each Adjutant President basically has full autonomy to rule his/her District unless the National Executive, Judicial, or Parliamentary branch intervene and overrule the Adjutant President, or if his/her District Parliamentary or Judicial branch overrules his/her decision. Therefore, the Adjutant President basically presides over his/her own little nation, until acted on by powers of National or lateral levels. The President en Masse is the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and does has the last say in Military Actions, he/she may consult with any number of various advisers for Defense including the Study of Defense, and more. Adjutant Presidents do however, have the right to choose how many troops he/she wants to allow to go into a war, however, if the President lobbies the National Parliament to vote on a conflict decisis, he/she can overrule the Adjutant President's troop commitment.

The Parliament can introduce bills in either the upper or lower body (Senate or House) and can vote on them, all bills passed by the National Parliament must be agreed to in a 2/3rds majority of the District Houses. Each District's Parliament has the right to pass its own bills for it's District, and it may also Pass-en-Transit which means that it may pass a bill regarding its own District, then through it's passage it automatically is submitted to the National Parliament for voting for the entire nation. The National Parliament is Constitutionally mandated to maintain the final decision on transactions of the National Reserve, it controls the monetary markets, and can decide on how much currency is in circulation, and can raise and lower tariffs. Only National Parliament can declare war.

The Supreme Court of the District responds to decisions brought to it from State Courts, if the parties of the case decide to take it further, they may take their case on to the Supreme Court of the Nation, which will then make the final decision. However, normally only serious directional or Constitutional cases reach the Supreme Court of the Nation as they have full autonomy on which cases they may decide to hear. The Supreme Court can decide to overrule lower courts to take on a Constitutional case, or a case against the Parliamentary or Executive branches immediately. The Supreme Court can also place a temporary decision on a ruling, and allow it to be reviewed again once a Judge on the Court has been replaced.

The President en Masse is assisted by the Cabinet of Studies, who are selected from amongst his/her own party, or from the parties in a coalition. The President's Cabinet of include The Study of Justice, The Study of Health, The Study of Commerce, The Study of Transportation, The Study of Education, The Study of Technology, The Study of Culture, The Study of Defense, The Study of Commonwealth, The Study of International Trade, The Study of Domestic Advancement, The Study of Foreign Aid, The Study of Public Affairs, The Study of Human Resources, The Study of Human Development, The Study of Emergency Preparedness, and The Study of the Environment. The President's Cabinet of Studies are responsible for the day-to day running of Fashiontopia, but Fashiontopian Parliament may strike down their actions if there is a 65% vote against it.

Destroy desire to destroy the environment by providing tourism zones where businesses can profit from pure looks of our nation, if more people profit from beach houses, hiking and adventure trips, wildlife excursions, etc. then those who profit from nature will naturally compete with those who profit from destroying it. Improving Access to Healthcare	Public Access, through universal Government paid healthcare and insurance.	Absorbtion, the Government absorbs all Hospitals and run as a lower priced business which is not affecting by operating at a loss.	Allow Healthcare to remain private, lower taxes on corporations and provide incentive to improve healthcare options.
Lack of Prisons	Eliminate Unnecessary Laws, keep victimless criminals out of prison.	House Arrest and/or Mandatory Military Service to non-violent/victimless misfits.	Privatize the Prison System, allow the private sector to maintain prisons.
Stance of Lowering Cases of Vitamin C Deficiency	Issue Free Vitamin C tablets to those in need.	Through the Absorption of Hospitals, free pills will flow to those who need them.	Keep Vitamin C sources private, but encourage competition to lower prices.

The three main political parties take part in free elections every 4 years in a proportional representation system; specifically Fashiontopia uses a party-list system in a multi-member constituency. The two candidates with the most number of votes for the constituency becomes the representatives for that constituency, with the candidate with the greatest number of votes out of the two becoming the Senior Member of Legislature for that constituency, the other candidate becomes Deputy Member of Legislature for that constituency.

ETHNIC GROUPS: When first founded blacks and whites were more distinguishable, however, after years of interracial mixing, most people are of mid-complexion skin, with curly hair and varying colored eyes and facial features.

The people and population of The Libertatem of Fashiontopia are extremely fashionable, due to Fashion design being one of the highest paying jobs in the Nation. Technology is considered a part of Fashion so there are always new Smart Phones, Touch Phones, and Mp3 Players being created to keep up with the demand. The extremely urbanized nature of Fashiontopia has led to the majority of the population being concentrated within the cities. However, people love Rodeos, so many people live in rural areas for the sake of owning Horses. Most people in Fashiontopia prefer to live in Modern Style Houses and usually insist on selling every decoration and piece of furniture they own and bring in an Interior Decorator to change their houses when the trends change.

Geography of La Bain coming soon...

The topography of La Bain consists of, hills and densely forested mountains. Level ground covers only about 20% as the majority of the terrain is Mountains which account for 40% and smaller hills which also account for 40%. In cities there are regulations which ban the cuttings of a large number of trees. This means that even in large cities there is a large trace of trees and other shrubbery. Almost a like to it's fellow nation Fashiontopia, the forests of La Bain are coniferous and are renowned for having extremely tall and wide trees. These trees' branches tend to get so large and heavy that they break off of the main part of the tree which means the forests are full of large downed branches.

Historically, during times of war La Bain has been an extremely hard land to invade, due to it's harsh terrain. During the 200's and 300's of AD many armies came to La Bain in attempts to conquer the land, but the defenses which where placed in the forest consisted of overwhelming ambushes and entire systems of hidden fortresses which could not be seen except for up close. Many armies where surrounded, ambushed, and crushed in to defeat even outnumbering La Bainians at times of at least 10 to 1 due to the Terrain.
